背景技术
在铜线加工过程中,很难保证每一条铜线都是直线。然而,对于对铜线的精细度要求比较高的产品来说,弯曲的铜线会导致劣质品的数量大大增加。因此,许多工厂就出现了铜线弯曲的检测装置,现有的装置基本上都是通过一条直线,在输送过程中,人肉眼观察铜线与直线的匹配度,若是直的,则顺利通过,若有倾斜弯曲的,则挑选检出。这种检测装置准确率低,检测效率差,并对人工的依赖性高。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种检测效率高,准确率高,自动化检测,无需人工操作的入料铜弯曲检测保护装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:入料铜弯曲检测保护装置,它包括铜线输送装置、左挡块、上挡块、侧下挡块和测试线,所述的铜线输送装置上包括有铜线,上挡块和侧下挡块固定在左挡块上,三个挡块之间形成一个可容铜线穿过的间隙,间隙开口对应的一侧还设置有拨片。
本实用新型它还包括有微控制器、测试电路和断电保护电路,所述的拨片与测试电路连接,测试电路的输出端与微控制器的输入端连接,微控制器的控制输出与断电保护电路的控制输入连接,断电保护电路的输出端与铜线输送装置的输入端连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用挡块和拨片的组合,检测合格的直接通过,检测不合格的断电检出,检测效率高、准确率高,自动化检测,结构简单,使用方便。

下面结合附图进一步详细描述本实用新型的技术方案,但本实用新型的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,入料铜弯曲检测保护装置,它包括铜线输送装置1、左挡块3、上挡块4、侧下挡块5和拨片6,所述的铜线输送装置1上包括有铜线2,上挡块4和侧下挡块5固定在左挡块3上,三个挡块之间形成一个可容铜线2通过的间隙,间隙开口一侧还设置有拨片6。
它还包括有微控制器、测试电路和断电保护电路,所述的拨片6与测试电路连接,测试电路的输出端与微控制器的输入端连接,微控制器的控制输出与断电保护电路的控制输入连接,断电保护电路的输出端与铜线输送装置1的输入端连接。
在通电检测过程中,若铜线2为直线,则直接通过挡块所组成的间隙,若铜线2略有弯曲,无论是朝左方、上方和侧下方弯曲,铜线2在穿过挡块间隙的过程中,都会触碰挡块,并形成更大的弯曲度,并朝着右方的拨片6弯曲,最终会触碰到右方的拨片6。当铜线2触碰带拨片6时,与拨片6连接的检测电路检测到电路中电流的变化,并将这一变化信息传递给微控制器,微控制器通过断电保护电路断开铜线输送装置与电源之间的连接,并检出弯曲的铜线废品。

1.入料铜线弯曲检测保护装置,其特征在于:它包括铜线输送装置(1)、左挡块(3)、上挡块(4)、侧下挡块(5)和拨片(6),所述的铜线输送装置(1)上包括有铜线(2),上挡块(4)和侧下挡块(5)固定在左挡块(3)上,三个挡块之间形成一个可容铜线(2)通过的间隙,间隙开口一侧还设置有拨片(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的入料铜线弯曲检测保护装置,其特征在于:它还包括有微控制器、电源、测试电路和断电保护电路,所述的拨片(6)与测试电路连接,测试电路的输出端与微控制器的输入端连接,微控制器的控制输出与断电保护电路的控制输入连接,断电保护电路的输出端与铜线输送装置(1)的输入端连接。
