本实用新型公开了一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,所述风力发电风车包括有风车轴套、风车叶,所述风车轴套连接风车叶,所述的风车叶包括有横梁、护板、隔断套、轴、转轴、四叶风车,所述风车叶通过转轴连接所述横梁,所述横梁之间连接有轴,所述轴上连接有四叶风车,每两个所述四叶风车之间安装有隔断套,所述转轴转动调整风车叶与风车轴套角度,所述四叶风车在微风吹拂下转动驱动风车叶转动,本实用新型所述的风力发电风车很微弱的风就能驱动该风力发电风车,刮大风时,增大了风车的迎风面强度,发电效率更高,其结构简单、易于实现。

本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,特别是涉及一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车。 
背景技术
世界上已有数万台风力机在运行,作为辅助能源正在发挥这巨大的作用,但风力机仍存在若干不足之处,首先是能量输出不稳定,特别是大型风力机的利用率低,作为独立能源的条件还不具备;其次,风力机的安全可靠性尚无充分保障;另外,风力机的成本在短期内尚不足以与矿物燃料相竞争。 
为了解决能量输出不稳定问题,本实用新型提供了一种微风适应的摆动式风力发电风车。 
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,所述风力发电风车包括有风车轴套、风车叶,风车轴套连接风车叶,风车叶包括有横梁、护板、隔断套、轴、转轴、四叶风片,风车叶通过转轴连接所述横梁,横梁之间连接有轴,轴上连接有四叶风片,每两个四叶风片之间安装有隔断套,转轴转动调整风车叶与风车轴套角度,四叶风片在微风吹拂下转动驱动风车叶转动。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1.很微弱的风就能驱动该风力发电风车;
2.刮大风时,增大了风车的迎风面强度,发电效率更高;
3.结构简单,易于实现。

如图1-5所示,本实用新型是一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,所述风力发电风车包括有风车轴套9、风车叶8,所述风车轴套9连接风车叶8,所述的风车叶12包括有横梁1、护板2、隔断套3、轴4、转轴6、四叶风片7,所述风车叶8通过转轴6连接所述横梁1,所述横梁1之间连接有轴4,所述轴4上连接有四叶风片7,每两个所述四叶风片7之间安装有隔断套3,所述转轴6转动调整风车叶8与风车轴套9角度,所述四叶风片7在微风吹拂下转动驱动风车叶8转动。 
优选地,为避免所述风力发电风车在生产加工及维护使用阶段不破坏四叶风片,所述四叶风片7的叶片末端7-1长度不高于横梁1的下底面1-1的高度。 
优选地,为增加四叶风片的摆动强度,所述四叶风片7与隔断套3之间留有间隙10,所述间隙10不小于0.5mm。 
优选地,护板2使用高强度螺栓5连接在横梁1上以保证其强度。 
优选地,风车叶8材料为碳纤维增强树脂不但保证了风车的使用强度,而且减轻了风车的重量,减小了风车的迎风阻力,是为风车获得风力得关键因素之一。 
进一步地,本实用新型采用了形状相对较小的5片四叶风片穿过同一根轴,而三根同样的平行轴连接在风车叶框架上的结构形式,连接在风车轴套9上的两片风车叶8关于风车轴套9不对称,该结构弥补了小风或者微风时风车发电的不足,在小风或者微风时也能产生较大的电量。 
本实用新型所述的一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,在小风或者微风时,首先利用两片不对称的风车叶片的重量作用摆动,以此同时,风车叶片上的四叶风片7因为重量较轻,在微风下轻易地摆动增加了风车叶8的摆动强度,从而产生较大的电量。 
与现有风力发电风车相比,本实用新型所提出的微风适应的摆动式风力发电风车结构简单,易于实现,且很微弱的风就能驱动该风力发电风车;在刮大风时,增大了风车的迎风面强度,发电效率更高。

1.一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,所述风力发电风车包括有风车轴套(9)、风车叶(8),所述风车轴套(9)连接风车叶(8),其特征在于:所述的风车叶(12)包括有横梁(1)、护板(2)、隔断套(3)、轴(4)、转轴(6)、四叶风片(7),所述风车叶(8)通过转轴(6)连接所述横梁(1),所述横梁(1)之间连接有轴(4),所述轴(4)上连接有四叶风片(7),每两个所述四叶风片(7)之间安装有隔断套(3),所述转轴(6)转动调整风车叶(8)与风车轴套(9)角度,所述四叶风片(7)在微风吹拂下转动驱动风车叶(8)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,其特征在于:所述四叶风片(7)的叶片末端(7-1)长度不高于横梁(1)的下底面(1-1)的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,其特征在于:所述四叶风片(7)与隔断套(3)之间留有间隙(10),所述间隙(10)不小于0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,其特征在于:所述护板(2)通过螺栓(5)连接在横梁(1)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微风适应的双叶风力发电风车,其特征在于:所述风车叶(8)材料为碳纤维增强树脂。
