本实用新型是一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具，包括光纤连接主体，所述光纤连接主体通过中心螺钉固定在下方定位底座上，在所述光纤连接主体上通过分度螺钉固定有载体，所述载体下端面设置有球槽，在所述球槽与所述定位底座上端面之间通过强力胶固化定位有精密级钢球，所述所述光纤连接主体与所述中心螺钉之间设置有平垫圈。采用本实用新型技术方案，定位精确，稳定性高，光纤产品端面研磨抛光更高效，快速，合格率大大提高。

本实用新型涉及光纤半导体加工领域，具体涉及一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具。 
背景技术
在光纤加工领域，将光纤端面进行研磨抛光时，需要一种工装夹具，能将待加工光纤进行有效稳定的固定定位，工装夹具的定位的精度、稳定性和装夹时间直接影响最终光纤端面研磨抛光的平面精度和加工效率，所以设计一种具有高定位精度和稳定性的工装夹具将可以大大提高光纤研磨抛光效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题，提供一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具。 
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现： 
一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具，包括光纤连接主体，所述光纤连接主体通过中心螺钉固定在下方定位底座上，在所述光纤连接主体上通过分度螺钉固定有载体，所述载体下端面设置有球槽，在所述球槽与所述定位底座上端面之间通过强力胶固化定位有精密级钢球。
优选的，所述所述光纤连接主体与所述中心螺钉之间设置有平垫圈。 
进一步的，将所述定位底座上端面与所述光纤连接主体上端面进行精密研磨加工，并且使之间的垂直距离L的精度达到微米（um）级。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
采用本实用新型技术方案，定位精确，稳定性高，光纤产品端面研磨抛光更高效，快速，节省大量时间，合格率可达98%以上。

参照图1所示，一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具，包括光纤连接主体1，所述光纤连接主体1通过中心螺钉3固定在下方定位底座2上，在所述光纤连接主体1上通过分度螺钉5固定有载体4，所述载体4下端面设置有球槽6，在所述球槽6与所述定位底座2上端面之间通过强力胶固化定位有精密级钢球7。 
优选的，所述所述光纤连接主体1与所述中心螺钉3之间设置有平垫圈8。 
进一步的，将所述定位底座2上端面与所述光纤连接主体1上端面进行精密研磨加工，并且使之间的垂直距离L的精度达到微米（um）级。 
本实用新型的原理： 
使用时，将待研磨抛光的光纤装入抛光工装夹具中，抓住载体4在已装好微颗粒砂纸的研磨机上研磨，使其端面（光纤工作端面）一直研磨到精密级钢球7球面上，完成全部工作。

1.一种新型光纤抛光工装夹具，包括光纤连接主体（1），其特征在于，所述光纤连接主体（1）通过中心螺钉（3）固定在下方定位底座（2）上，在所述光纤连接主体（1）上通过分度螺钉（5）固定有载体（4），所述载体（4）下端面设置有球槽（6），在所述球槽（6）与所述定位底座（2）上端面之间通过强力胶固化定位有精密级钢球（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型光纤抛光工装夹具，其特征在于，所述光纤连接主体（1）与所述中心螺钉（3）之间设置有平垫圈（8）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型光纤抛光工装夹具，其特征在于，将所述定位底座（2）上端面与所述光纤连接主体（1）上端面进行精密研磨加工，并且使之间的垂直距离L的精度达到微米级。
