本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单,紧凑,牢靠的半导体制冷片结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种制冷设备的制冷片结构,包含半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片的上部为热端,下部为冷端,半导体制冷片的底端安装有散冷器,半导体制冷片的顶端安装有散热器,半导体制冷片的四周,散热器和散冷器之间安装有隔热块,紧固螺钉分别将散冷器和散热器紧固安装在隔热块上;
上述散热器和散冷器与半导体制冷片之间均涂覆有导热硅脂。
进一步的是:上述散热器和散冷器均包含有铝制的基座和铝制的翅片。

本实用新型制冷设备的制冷片结构,通过在制冷片的冷热端分别安装散冷器和散热器,保证了半导体制冷片的制冷效果;与此同时,半导体制冷片四周安装有隔热块,减少了制冷片的能量损失,散热器和散冷器通过紧固螺钉牢靠的固定在隔热块上,整个制冷片结构简单,紧凑,可靠。

进一步的是:上述散热器和散冷器均包含有铝制的基座和铝制的翅片。

上述散热器和散冷器与半导体制冷片之间均涂覆有导热硅脂(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种制冷设备的制冷片结构,其特征在于:所述散热器和散冷器均包含有铝制的基座和铝制的翅片。
