背景技术
彩钢瓦屋面上安装光伏组件,通用做法是将彩钢瓦打穿,用自攻螺丝将光伏支架固定在彩钢瓦屋面上,但如此一来不免会因为孔的防水问题导致漏雨,从而对厂房的正常生产造成影响。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷,提供一种基于彩钢瓦的光伏设备夹持装置。本实用新型不破坏彩钢瓦既有结构,可以将光伏支架和彩钢瓦可靠、密切结合,满足风载荷要求。
为解决上述问题,一种基于彩钢瓦的光伏设备夹持装置,它包括支撑臂、辅助臂,支撑臂和辅助臂顶部相交并由螺栓固定件固定。
所述的一种基于彩钢瓦的光伏设备夹持装置,所述支撑臂顶部为一个直角并和光伏设备的支架以螺栓固定连接。
本实用新型利用匹配的夹具将光伏设备的支架固定在彩钢瓦的瓦楞上,不破坏彩钢瓦,避免对厂房正常生产造成影响。本实用新型外观美观,表面无毛刺,对彩钢瓦的漆膜不会造成任何损伤,经现场拉拔试验,拉拔力可达到2300N,能够抵御14级台风。

如图1所示一种基于彩钢瓦的光伏设备夹持装置,它包括支撑臂1、辅助臂2,支撑臂和辅助臂顶部相交并由螺栓固定件3固定。
所述支撑臂顶部为一个直角并和光伏设备的支架5以螺栓4固定连接。
装置中7为光伏设备通过边压块6与支架5可靠连接。
