榨油机油菜籽加热输送刮板，输送刮板由外壳和安装在外壳内的刮板组成，在外壳的一端安装有菜籽的输入口，在外壳的下方安装有菜籽的输出口，在紧贴外壳的下方安装有一个密封的保温夹层，保温夹层的蒸汽进管位于输入口的远端，保温夹层的蒸汽出管位于输入口的近端，在蒸汽的进管上安装有进气阀，在蒸汽出管上安装有出气阀和疏水阀，疏水阀上连接有出汽管和排水管。安装在输送刮板下方的保温夹层，其蒸汽进管中通入热蒸汽，热蒸汽对输送刮板进行保温、加热，确保输送刮板中的菜籽温度不会下降，在输送到榨油机后，菜籽的压榨效果好，出油率高；当热蒸汽经过输送刮板后，部分蒸汽冷凝成水，在蒸汽出管上安装疏水阀，可以将冷凝水从疏水阀上排出。

本实用新型属于食用油生产设备技术领域，涉及一种榨油机油菜籽加热输送刮板。
背景技术
在菜籽油的生产过程中，菜籽在压榨前要进行加热，加热后的菜籽用输送刮板送到榨油机中进行压榨，通常加热后的菜籽在输送刮板中输送距离较长，在输送过程中，菜籽的温度会有所下降，影响菜籽的压榨和出油效果。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中，经过加热的菜籽在输送到榨油机的输送刮板中，会出现温度下降，影响压榨和出油效果问题，提供一种榨油机油菜籽加热输送刮板，输送刮板由外壳和安装在外壳内的刮板组成，在外壳的一端安装有菜籽的输入口，在外壳的下方安装有菜籽的输出口，在紧贴外壳的下方安装有一个密封的保温夹层，保温夹层的蒸汽进管位于输入口的远端，保温夹层的蒸汽出管位于输入口的近端，在蒸汽的进管上安装有进气阀，在蒸汽出管上安装有出气阀和疏水阀，疏水阀上连接有出汽管和排水管。
 采用本技术方案，安装在输送刮板下方的保温夹层，其蒸汽进管中通入热蒸汽，热蒸汽对输送刮板进行加热，防止输送刮板的温度下降，这样对输送刮板中的菜籽起到加热和保温作用，菜籽的温度不会下降，在输送到榨油机后，菜籽的压榨效果较好，出油率较高。另外当热蒸汽经过输送刮板后，部分蒸汽冷凝成水，在蒸汽出管上安装疏水阀，可以将冷凝水从疏水阀上排出。

实施例：如图1所示，一种榨油机油菜籽加热输送刮板，输送刮板由外壳1和安装在外壳1内的刮板2组成，在外壳1的一端安装有菜籽的输入口3，在外壳1的下方安装有菜籽的输出口10，在紧贴外壳1的下方安装有一个密封的保温夹层9，保温夹层9的蒸汽进管11位于输入口3的远端，保温夹层9的蒸汽出管8位于输入口3的近端，在蒸汽的进管11上安装有进气阀12，在蒸汽出管8上安装有出气阀7和疏水阀6，疏水阀6上连接有出汽管4和排水管5。

1.榨油机油菜籽加热输送刮板，输送刮板由外壳（1）和安装在外壳（1）内的刮板（2）组成，在外壳（1）的一端安装有菜籽的输入口（3），在外壳（1）的下方安装有菜籽的输出口（10），其特征在于：在紧贴外壳（1）的下方安装有一个密封的保温夹层（9），保温夹层（9）的蒸汽进管（11）位于输入口（3）的远端，保温夹层（9）的蒸汽出管（8）位于输入口（3）的近端，在蒸汽的进管（11）上安装有进气阀（12），在蒸汽出管（8）上安装有出气阀（7）和疏水阀（6），疏水阀（6）上连接有出汽管（4）和排水管（5）。
