胶囊风干机是用于胶囊模具上胶后将胶液风干的设备；目前用于胶囊生产线中的胶囊风干工序通常采用自然风干或采用风扇进行风干，采用这样的方式进行风干，效率很低，风干程度不均匀，且很浪费能源。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能型胶囊风干机，其结构简单，制造方便，通过水循环的利用，达到风干均匀，节能环保的效果。

一种节能型胶囊风干机，包括架体，所述架体上安装有风干箱和风箱；所述风干箱上安装有1个外导向齿轮和5个内导向齿轮，所述内导向齿轮和外导向齿轮上安装有传送链，所述传送链与传送辊啮合；所述风箱的外部安装有风机，所述风箱于风机的一面开设有进风口，所述风箱于风干箱的一面开设有出风口；所述风干箱上还安装有通水管，所述风干箱的外侧安装有水箱，所述通水管的一端置于水箱内且与水泵连接，所述通水管的另一端置于水箱的上方；所述水箱内安装有电热丝。
所述风干箱的顶部安装有风扇。

如图1所示一种节能型胶囊风干机，包括架体1，所述架体1上安装有风干箱2和风箱3；所述风干箱2上安装有1个外导向齿轮4和5个内导向齿轮5，所述内导向齿轮5和外导向齿轮4上安装有传送链6，所述传送链6与传送辊7啮合；所述风箱3的外部安装有风机9，所述风箱3于风机9的一面开设有进风口10，所述风箱3于风干箱2的一面开设有出风口11；所述风干箱2上还安装有通水管12，所述风干箱2的外侧安装有水箱13，所述通水管12的一端置于水箱13内且与水泵14连接，所述通水管12的另一端置于水箱13的上方，所述水箱13内安装有电热丝15，水箱内注满水，电热丝给水箱内的水加热，水通过水泵，经过通水管，回流到水箱内，实现水循环的利用；同时由于水管在安装时可接近传送链，即接近来风干的胶囊，可减少热能的损失，达到了节能环保的效果。
所述风干箱2的顶部安装有风扇16。
本实施例的一种节能型胶囊风干机，其结构简单，制造方便，通过水循环的利用，达到风干均匀，节能环保的效果。
