技术领域
    本实用新型涉及电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种增安型电机加强相间绝缘结构。
背景技术
GB 3836-2010颁布后,增安型电机的绝缘系统需要在表一所示的混合物中进行试验,施加1.5倍额定线电压(有效值)的正弦波,历时3min。电压最大上升率应该是0.5kV/s。电压应施加在一相和地之间,其他相接地。试验期间应没有爆炸发生。
绝缘系统应能承受3倍于峰值相对地电压的10个电压脉冲,电压上升时间在0.2us-0.5us,并且幅值在峰值一半以上的时间至少为20us。脉冲应施加于相对相和相对地之间。试验期间没有爆炸发生。
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的是提供一种能增强定子绕组相间的耐电晕能力,提高起晕电压的增安型电机加强相间绝缘结构。
    本实用新型是这样实现的:增安型电机加强相间绝缘结构,包括定子铁芯、定子线圈、线圈引接线,其特征在于:在相邻的线圈引接线之间设置有单面亚胺膜补强少胶粉云母带。
    本实用新型增强了定子绕组相间的耐电晕能力,提高了起晕电压。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
    参照附图,增安型电机加强相间绝缘结构,包括定子铁芯1、定子线圈2、线圈引接线4,其特征在于:在相邻的线圈引接线4之间设置有单面亚胺膜补强少胶粉云母带3。具体实施时,定子铁芯绕接好线后,在相邻的两相之间嵌入0.14mm×25mm单面亚胺膜补强少胶粉云母带,然后用0.1mm×25mm玻璃丝交织带绑扎在线圈上,整体浸漆。本实用新型在表一所示的混合物中进行试验,施加1.5倍额定线电压(有效值)的正弦波,历时3min。电压最大上升率应该是0.5kV/s。电压施加在一相和地之间,其他相接地。试验期间应没有爆炸发生。
