Abstract
本实用新型提供一种跟骨术前复位架,所要解决的问题是:骨科医师在对跟骨进行手术治疗中对骨折跟骨的复位较为困难。在复位过程中对跟骨没有把持力,致使对跟骨的复位操作困难,即便如此也存在失误的风险性;本实用新型的技术要点是:支撑杆由距骨支撑杆和跖骨支撑杆组成,距骨支撑杆的端部使用连接轴与跖骨支撑杆连接在一起,距骨支撑杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用调节锁杆固定;牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆轴连接在一起,牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆使用弹性锁扣连接;本实用新型的积极效果是:可以通过实际使用情况需要进行角度调节和长度调节;并且可以进行微调,不会使创面扩大造成感染等情况;本实用新型还具有控制度高,成本低廉、稳定可靠,实用性较强等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域,具体地说是一种用于对骨折的跟骨进行术前复位的跟骨术前复位架。
背景技术
目前,骨科医师在对跟骨进行手术治疗中对骨折跟骨的复位较为困难。在复位过程中对跟骨没有把持力,致使对跟骨复位只能由经验丰富的医生进行操作,即便如此也存在失误的风险性。在骨折情况复杂时,复位力量较大,容易对跟骨周围皮肤造成损伤,出现张力性水疱,以致发生感染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于对骨折的跟骨进行术前复位的跟骨术前复位架。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括支撑杆和牵引杆,其特征是:所述支撑杆由距骨支撑杆和跖骨支撑杆组成,距骨支撑杆的端部使用连接轴与跖骨支撑杆连接在一起,距骨支撑杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用调节锁杆固定;牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆轴连接在一起,牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用弹性锁扣连接。
所述牵引杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。
所述调节锁杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。
所述牵引杆的壳体上带有刻度标识。
牵引杆端部带有环状薄片。
本实用新型的有益效果是可以通过实际使用情况需要进行角度调节、长度调节;并且可以进行微调,不会使创面扩大造成感染等情况。使用者甚至不需要丰富的临床经验即可对跟骨骨折部位进行复位调整。本实用新型还具有控制度高,成本低廉、稳定可靠,实用性较强等特点。

具体实施方式
参见图1,支撑杆由距骨支撑杆1和跖骨支撑杆2组成,距骨支撑杆的端部使用连接轴3与跖骨支撑杆连接在一起,距骨支撑杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用调节锁杆4固定;牵引杆5与跖骨支撑杆轴连接在一起,牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用弹性锁扣6连接。
牵引杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。调节锁杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。牵引杆的壳体上带有刻度标识。牵引杆端部带有环状薄片8。
使用时,将牵引杆的跟骨端固定在跟骨的schanz钉7上,将距骨支撑杆固定在距骨的schanz钉上,最后将跖骨支撑杆固定在跖骨骨干处的schanz钉上。对调节锁杆进行校对,并固定。使用弹性锁扣与牵引杆配合,调节牵引杆长度对跟骨进行复位。
Claims (5)
1.一种跟骨术前复位架,它包括支撑杆和牵引杆,其特征是:所述支撑杆由距骨支撑杆和跖骨支撑杆组成,距骨支撑杆的端部使用连接轴与跖骨支撑杆连接在一起,距骨支撑杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用调节锁杆固定;牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆轴连接在一起,牵引杆与跖骨支撑杆之间使用弹性锁扣连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述跟骨术前复位架,其特征是:所述牵引杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述跟骨术前复位架,其特征是:所述调节锁杆是使用螺旋测距原理进行调节的调节杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述跟骨术前复位架,其特征是:所述牵引杆的壳体上带有刻度标识。
