Abstract

本发明涉及脊柱前路固定板,包括一块固定板和若干个螺钉,固定板上设置有螺钉孔,螺钉穿设在螺钉孔中,螺钉的钉部直径小于螺钉孔的直径,螺钉的头部直径大于螺钉孔的直径,所述固定板上设置有锁定旋钮,锁定旋钮可在固定板中旋动,并且锁定旋钮头部的侧部可与螺钉的头部相抵触。上述的脊柱前路固定板,其通过设置锁定旋钮,在螺钉与脊柱固定后,通过锁定旋钮实现螺钉的锁定,从而避免了螺钉与脊柱固定后出现松动现象,避免了固定板出现松动或位移,避免了对患者造成损伤。

脊柱前路固定板
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种脊柱前路固定板,属于医疗器械领域,适用于脊柱前路内固定手术中。
背景技术
前路手术减压是治疗胸腰椎创伤、肿瘤、感染等疾病引起脊髓压迫的常用方法,减压后需行前路内固定稳定脊柱。早期的前路内固定存在生物力学性能欠佳、外形结构欠合理和技术操作困难等问题。近些年来胸腰椎前路内置物的研究取得了飞速发展,它朝着适合人体正常解剖结构、能承受脊柱正常生物力学载荷、组织相容性好及减少对影像学影响的方向改进。目前胸腰椎前路内固定大致分为两类:一类是钉棒系统,以Kaneda为代表;一类是钉板系统,以Z-plate为代表。
目前所使用的脊柱前路固定板,其通常包括一块固定板和若干个螺钉,固定板上设置有螺钉孔,螺钉穿设在螺钉孔中,螺钉的钉部直径小于螺钉孔的直径,螺钉的头部直径大于螺钉孔的直径。使用时,螺钉的前端与脊柱相固定后,螺钉的头部通过螺钉孔实现限位。其缺点是:在该脊柱前路固定板使用后,随着人体的运动,螺钉容易出现松动乃至脱落,从而导致固定板出现松动或位移,造成对患者的损伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能避免螺钉与脊柱固定后出现松动现象的脊柱前路固定板。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:脊柱前路固定板,包括一块固定板和若干个螺钉,固定板上设置有螺钉孔,螺钉穿设在螺钉孔中,螺钉的钉部直径小于螺钉孔的直径,螺钉的头部直径大于螺钉孔的直径,所述固定板上设置有锁定旋钮,锁定旋钮可在固定板中旋动,并且锁定旋钮头部的侧部可与螺钉的头部相抵触。
所述锁定旋钮头部呈凸轮状,其上设置有与专用工具相配合的旋孔。
所述螺钉的头部设置有条纹。
所述固定板中还设置有窗孔。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的脊柱前路固定板,其通过设置锁定旋钮,在螺钉与脊柱固定后,通过锁定旋钮实现螺钉的锁定,从而避免了螺钉与脊柱固定后出现松动现象,避免了固定板出现松动或位移,避免了对患者造成损伤。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的脊柱前路固定板作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,脊柱前路固定板,包括一块固定板1和若干个螺钉2,固定板1上设置有螺钉孔3,螺钉2穿设在螺钉孔3中,螺钉2的钉部直径小于螺钉孔3的直径,螺钉2的头部直径大于螺钉孔3的直径,所述固定板1上设置有锁定旋钮4,锁定旋钮4可在固定板1中旋动,并且锁定旋钮4头部的侧部可与螺钉2的头部相抵触。所述锁定旋钮4头部呈凸轮状,其上设置有与专用工具相配合的旋孔5。所述螺钉2的头部设置有条纹6。所述固定板1中还设置有窗孔7。其中窗孔7的大小和形状根据固定板1的大小和形状而定,其主要作用为减少切迹,并且节约材料,减轻重量。
使用时,螺钉2的钉部与脊柱通过螺纹连接后,通过专用工具将锁定旋钮4旋转一定角度,使锁定旋钮4头部的侧部与螺钉2的头部相抵触,由于螺钉2的头部设置有条纹6,可以起到防滑的作用,加大锁定旋钮4与螺钉2头部之间的摩擦力,将螺钉2头部牢牢的压在螺钉孔3中,从而避免了螺钉2与脊柱固定后出现松动现象,避免了固定板1出现松动或位移,避免了对患者造成损伤。

1.脊柱前路固定板,包括一块固定板和若干个螺钉,固定板上设置有螺钉孔,螺钉穿设在螺钉孔中,螺钉的钉部直径小于螺钉孔的直径,螺钉的头部直径大于螺钉孔的直径,其特征在于:所述固定板上设置有锁定旋钮,锁定旋钮可在固定板中旋动,并且锁定旋钮头部的侧部可与螺钉的头部相抵触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱前路固定板,其特征在于:所述锁定旋钮头部呈凸轮状,其上设置有与专用工具相配合的旋孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱前路固定板,其特征在于:所述螺钉的头部设置有条纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱前路固定板,其特征在于:所述固定板中还设置有窗孔。
