背景技术
现在编织袋生产工业中，编织完成后的编织袋一条很长的扁筒，由于编织的比较紧密，中间会含有很多气体无法释放出来，对后续加工过程造成不利影响，甚至可能在后续加工中因受到挤压产生破损。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题:
本实用新型针对现在的编制袋生产过程中气泡无法及时排出的问题，提供了一种打气泡装置。
本实用新型的技术方案：
一种编织袋打气泡装置，包括输送辊和折向输送辊，其特征在于：输送辊上方安装有尖刺辊，折向输送辊右侧设置有两个挤压辊。
输送辊上对应尖刺辊的尖刺位置处有凹槽。
柜体内每层都放置两个储物筐。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本装置可以利用尖刺将编织袋戳破，然后再将气体从编织袋中挤压出来，以免气泡影响后续工序。

如图，输送辊3上方安装有尖刺辊1，输送辊3右侧下方是折向输送辊4，其右侧上方设置有两个挤压辊2。输送辊3上对应尖刺辊1尖刺位置处有凹槽。

1.一种编织袋打气泡装置，包括输送辊（3）和折向输送辊（4），其特征在于：输送辊（3）上方安装有尖刺辊（1），折向输送辊（4）右侧设置有两个挤压辊（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的编织袋打气泡装置，其特征在于：输送辊（3）上对应尖刺辊（1）尖刺位置处有凹槽。
