Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种缓释尿素颗粒,特别涉及一种有机质缓释尿素颗粒。其技术方案是:包括具有一定几何形状的尿素基体,在尿素基体的外层设有多层熔融尿素层,形成类似洋葱皮结构的尿素涂层,所述的熔融尿素层上具有多个微孔。有益效果是:熔融尿素层能够较好地保持化学肥料的有效性并能使其缓慢释放,不仅治理了造纸行业带来的环境污染,又同时解决了普通化肥使用过程中的流失和污染问题;通过微孔的调节作用,使尿素基体释放延缓,延长植物对其有效养分吸收利用的有效期。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种缓释尿素颗粒,特别涉及一种有机质缓释尿素颗粒。 
背景技术
    国内市场正式规模应用缓释肥料是从2006年硫包衣尿素(SCU)推广开始的。目前国内市场上流行的主要是各种包膜尿素:(1) 热固形树脂类:比如环氧、酚醛、脲醛等;(2) 热塑性树脂类:聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇等;(3) 水溶性聚合物; 
热固性树脂或是热塑性树脂肥料的优点是释放时间长,但缺点是:
1)材料难以在土壤中降解,一般要达到50~60年,长时间施用会破坏土壤的物理结构。即便是所谓的可降解树脂,可降解的时间缩短也是有限的,不可能做到完全降解。
2)生产设备大都沿用制药行业的糖包衣机,即所谓的底喷涂流化床,只能间歇法生产,单台设备规模小,操作较麻烦。 
3)树脂溶解需要有机溶剂,有机溶剂需要回收利用,在回收过程中存在一定量的泄漏损耗,且这些溶剂均为易燃易爆化学品,安全生产生产上需要格外加以小心。 
4)原料成本太高,难以在大田里应用。 
而水溶性树脂包膜肥料技术之间尚未过关。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种有机质缓释尿素颗粒。 
其技术方案是:包括圆形或椭圆形或类椭圆形结构的尿素基体,在尿素基体的外层设有多层熔融尿素层,熔融尿素层被一层一层的涂布包裹在尿素基体的外表面作为尿素涂层,所述的熔融尿素层上具有多个微孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:熔融尿素层能够较好地保持化学肥料的有效性并能使其缓慢释放,不仅治理了造纸行业带来的环境污染,又同时解决了普通化肥使用过程中的流失和污染问题;通过微孔的调节作用,使尿素基体释放延缓,延长植物对其有效养分吸收利用的有效期。

具体实施方式
     结合附图1,对本实用新型作进一步的描述: 
本实用新型包括具有一定几何形状的尿素基体1,在尿素基体1的外层设有多层熔融尿素层2作为外衣层,熔融尿素被一层一层涂布包裹在尿素基体1的外表面,形成类似洋葱皮结构的尿素涂层;上述的熔融尿素层2采用小颗粒尿素与木质素磺酸盐熔融形成;上述的具有一定几何形状的尿素基体1可以是圆形或椭圆形或类椭圆形结构等。
另外,熔融尿素层2上具有多个微孔3,该微孔受热胀冷缩影响,变大或者变小。当春夏时节,气温回升,雨水充足。此时作物生长旺盛,需肥量大。包膜微孔热涨变大,土壤水分进入包膜内,溶化一部分肥料,液态肥料养分从包膜微孔流出来,进入土壤,供作物生长需要。当干旱时,土壤缺水,肥料难以以液态养分形式从包膜中释放出来,避免了作物由于养分过多而烧苗。当气温下降,作物生长缓慢需肥量也就相应减少。此时包膜微孔变小,养分释放的也相应减少,避免了养分浪费。 
为使成品具有更佳的缓释效果,可以根据不同农作物的要求及市场对产品的性质的需要,决定是否再进行包膜处理;本工艺暂定使用聚乙烯醇和硅酸钠的混合液作为包膜剂,在包膜转鼓内对产品继续进行处理,即再增加一个包膜剂。

1.一种有机质缓释尿素颗粒,包括圆形或椭圆形或类椭圆形结构的尿素基体(1),其特征是:在尿素基体(1)的外层设有多层熔融尿素层(2),熔融尿素层被一层一层的涂布包裹在尿素基体(1)的外表面作为尿素涂层,所述的熔融尿素层(2)上具有多个微孔(3)。
