背景技术
现有的覆膜机的切膜装置都是采用在定轴上通过刀把固定一把切刀，工作人员对切刀进行位置调节过程中，手握刀把，在对刀把用力过程中，手容易滑至切刀，造成收划伤，而且由于切刀锋利，且调节过程中，手往往用力较大，容易造成较为严重的损伤，影响正常工作。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种使用安全，调节方便的覆膜机的切膜装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的覆膜机的切膜装置，它包括机架，在机架上设有卷膜，在卷膜后端的机架上同一竖直方向设有三个张紧辊，在最下端的张紧辊后方设有定轴，在定轴上套设有刀把，在刀把上设有顶紧螺栓，顶紧螺栓将刀把固定在定轴上，在刀把顶端设有切刀，在刀把与切刀连接处设有一圈挡片。
作为优化，为了实现方便对刀把的转动操作，在刀把的侧边设有扶持杆，扶持杆与刀把垂直。
本实用新型所得到的覆膜机的切膜装置，其在刀把与切刀连接处设有挡片，可有效的避免在对刀把进行位置调节时使手划伤，提高了其调节使用的安全性，同时刀把套设在定轴上，连接牢固，使用性能高。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的覆膜机的切膜装置，它包括机架1，在机架1上设有卷膜2，在卷膜2后端的机架1上同一竖直方向设有三个张紧辊3，在最下端的张紧辊3后方设有定轴4，在定轴4上套设有刀把5，在刀把5上设有顶紧螺栓6，顶紧螺栓6将刀把5固定在定轴4上，在刀把5顶端设有切刀7，在刀把5与切刀7连接处设有一圈挡片8，在刀把5的侧边设有扶持杆9，扶持杆9与刀把5垂直。

1.一种覆膜机的切膜装置，它包括机架，在机架上设有卷膜，在卷膜后端的机架上同一竖直方向设有三个张紧辊，其特征是：在最下端的张紧辊后方设有定轴，在定轴上套设有刀把，在刀把上设有顶紧螺栓，顶紧螺栓将刀把固定在定轴上，在刀把顶端设有切刀，在刀把与切刀连接处设有一圈挡片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜机的切膜装置，其特征是：在刀把的侧边设有扶持杆，扶持杆与刀把垂直。
