背景技术
岩棉板是以玄武岩及其它天然矿石等为主要原料，经高温熔融成纤，加入适量粘结剂，固化加工而制成的，广泛用于家居装饰的一种建筑材料。在岩棉生产过程中，会产生大量的纤维丝棉给环境带来极大的危害，对人们的身体健康也产生不良的影响，因此需要一种能够除尘的融化装置来解决这个问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种岩棉成品切割输送装置，设备简单，操作容易，有效防止了棉纤、粉尘的飞散到空气中，保护了环境。
本实用新型所述的岩棉成品切割输送装置，包括纵切装置10，纵切装置10前方设置冷却输送装置11，后方设置横切装置9，纵切装置10、冷却输送装置11和横切装置9两侧设置传送带8，传送带8上方设置挡尘盖1，挡尘盖1上设置收气罩2，收气罩2通过管路与除尘室5相连，除尘室5与净化气体装置4连接；传送带8下方设置收集盒12；收集盒12低端设置收集板6。
冷却输送装置11上设置冷凝器7。
横切装置9和纵切装置10均设有切刀。
除尘室5上设置滤网3。除尘室下部还设有储水层，进一步吸收棉纤，粉尘。
收集板能够自由拉出。
在使用时，切割输送工程中产生的大量的棉纤、粉尘经过挡尘盖阻挡，同时经过收气罩的收集，收集罩收集的带有棉纤、粉尘的气体再进入除尘室，经过净化，然后再进入净化气体装置进一步净化，最后排除，大大降低了空气中棉纤、粉尘的含量。传送带下方的收集盒也有效的阻挡了较大棉纤的飞散，使其都沉降到收集板上，当收集板上的棉纤、粉尘量达到一定程度之后就可以取出。

1.一种岩棉成品切割输送装置，包括纵切装置（10），其特征在于，纵切装置（10）前方设置冷却输送装置（11），后方设置横切装置（9），纵切装置（10）、冷却输送装置（11）和横切装置（9）两侧设置传送带（8），传送带（8）上方设置挡尘盖（1），挡尘盖（1）上设置收气罩（2），收气罩（2）通过管路与除尘室（5）相连，除尘室（5）与净化气体装置（4）连接；传送带（8）下方设置收集盒（12）；收集盒（12）低端设置收集板（6）。
