背景技术
双头激光加工设备中一般都是一个加工头固定，一个加工头活动；实际使用时，需要调整其中一个加工头的位置，调整后再固定。但是传统的加工头固定都是采用多个紧固螺钉固定的，在调整时需要专用工具拆掉螺钉，操作十分繁琐。

本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种操作简便的激光加工头互移的快速固定装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种激光加工头互移的快速固定装置，包括用于固定激光加工头的安装板，以及用于为安装板提供运动导向的同步带；
其特征在于，所述安装板上设置有用于容置同步带的凹槽，所述凹槽的上方设置有一活动块，所述活动块的上方设置有一压盖，所述压盖通过旋入压盖的调节螺钉与活动块压紧配合。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于，所述压盖通过多个紧固螺钉与安装板固定连接。
本实用新型的进一步设置在于，所述压盖的底面中部与活动块对应的位置设置有缺口，所述多个紧固螺钉设置在所述缺口的周围。

如图1-3所示，本实用新型提供了一种激光加工头互移的快速固定装置，包括用于固定激光加工头的安装板1，以及用于为安装板1提供运动导向的同步带2；所述安装板1上设置有用于容置同步带2的凹槽，所述凹槽的上方设置有一活动块3，所述活动块3的上方设置有一压盖4，所述压盖4通过旋入压盖4的调节螺钉5与活动块3压紧配合。所述压盖4的底面中部与活动块3对应的位置设置有缺口，多个紧固螺钉6设置在所述缺口的周围，将压盖4与安装板1固定连接在一起。
为了便于操作，所述调节螺钉5为一大头螺钉，所述大头螺钉位于压盖4的中心位置。同时所述紧固螺钉6为内六角圆柱头螺钉，通过专用工具安装。
