背景技术
目前冰箱门体在装配过程中需要先安装左右饰条和玻璃，再安装上下饰条，通过零件之间的咬合固定，由于冰箱玻璃很重，装配过程费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于针对以上问题，提供一种安装省时省力的冰箱门。
本实用新型包括由上饰条、下饰条、左饰条和右饰条装配组合形成的口字形门体、设置在口字形门体外侧的门玻璃、设置在口字形门体内侧的内胆和设置在内胆与门玻璃之间的聚氨酯发泡层；在所述口字形门体与门玻璃之间设置强力双面胶层。
本实用新型在装配过程中先通过左,右饰条和上下饰条相互装配成口字状，形成门体雏形，再用双面胶将门玻璃与门体雏形进行连接，再通过聚氨酯发泡将门内胆连接，利用聚氨酯自身的粘接性和稳定性固化成一个成品门。本实用新型结构简单合理，由于无需先装配玻璃，通过强力双面胶的粘附力固定玻璃的位置，起到过渡作用，最后通过聚氨酯的粘接性能固化，从而生产过程更加省时省力。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括由上饰条、下饰条、左饰条和右饰条装配组合形成的口字形门体1、设置在口字形门体1外侧的门玻璃2、设置在口字形门体1内侧的内胆3和设置在内胆3与门玻璃2之间的聚氨酯发泡层4；在口字形门体1与门玻璃2之间设置强力双面胶层5。

1.一种冰箱门，包括由上饰条、下饰条、左饰条和右饰条装配组合形成的口字形门体、设置在口字形门体外侧的门玻璃、设置在口字形门体内侧的内胆和设置在内胆与门玻璃之间的聚氨酯发泡层；其特征在于：在所述口字形门体与门玻璃之间设置强力双面胶层。
