现有的一种联轴器,包括有罩壳,罩壳内设有安装腔,罩壳内沿轴向设有主动节、从动节,所述的主动节、从动节之间连接有蛇形弹簧,主动节、从动节相对的一端的周向上均设有若干供蛇形弹簧嵌入的齿槽,所述的蛇形弹簧嵌入主动节、从动节上的齿槽内从而将主动节、从动节连接,所述的齿槽的内壁面为沿罩壳轴向设置的平面,这样所述的蛇形弹簧与齿槽之间的冲击力大,蛇形弹簧容易断裂,从而造成不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种联轴器,能减少蛇形弹簧与齿槽之间的冲击力,从而能有效地防止蛇形弹簧断裂。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种联轴器,包括有罩壳,罩壳内设有安装腔,罩壳内沿轴向设有主动节、从动节,所述的主动节、从动节之间连接有蛇形弹簧,主动节、从动节相对的一端的周向上均设有若干供蛇形弹簧嵌入的齿槽,所述的蛇形弹簧嵌入主动节、从动节上的齿槽内,其特征在于:所述的主动节、从动节上的齿槽的内壁面均为向内侧弯曲设置的圆弧面。
采用上述技术方案,通过将齿槽的内壁面设置呈圆弧面,能减少蛇形弹簧与齿槽之间的冲击力,从而能有效地防止蛇形弹簧断裂。
本实用新型的进一步设置:所述的主动节、从动节与罩壳之间均设有密封圈,所述的密封圈截面呈梯形设置。
采用上述进一步设置,设置的密封圈可以防止杂质进入内腔影响蛇形弹簧的工作性能,从而保证联轴器工作性能稳定,截面为梯形的密封圈密封性好,具有一定的张紧力。

如图1、2、3所示,一种联轴器,包括有罩壳1,罩壳1内设有安装腔11,罩壳1内沿轴向设有主动节2、从动节3,所述的主动节2、从动节3之间连接有蛇形弹簧4,主动节2、从动节3相对的一端的周向上均设有若干供蛇形弹簧4嵌入的齿槽5,所述的蛇形弹簧4嵌入主动节2、从动节3上的齿槽5内,所述的主动节2、从动节3上的齿槽5的内壁面均为向内侧弯曲设置的圆弧面51,通过将齿槽5的内壁面设置呈圆弧面51,能减少蛇形弹簧4与齿槽5之间的冲击力,从而能有效地防止蛇形弹簧4断裂。
本实用新型具体实施例中,所述的主动节、从动节与罩壳之间均设有密封圈6,所述的密封圈6截面呈梯形设置,设置的密封圈6可以防止杂质进入内腔11影响蛇形弹簧的工作性能,从而保证联轴器工作性能稳定,截面为梯形的密封圈6密封性好,具有一定的张紧力。
所述的罩壳1为铝制材料制成,铝制材料制成的罩壳1,质量轻,便于搬运,更加实用,而且成本低。
