对于两端面要求精度较高产品（隔套等）的加工，传统上往往采用磨削的方式，该方式除效率低成本高外，对于一些高精度产品尺寸稳定性也存在隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型以车代磨，利用一种高精度端面车削装置加工产品，保证产品质量的同时提高了加工的效率。
本实用新型所述的高精度端面车削装置，包括溜板，所述溜板上设有两刀架，两刀架间隔一定距离前后设置，刀架一端设有车刀，刀头位于刀架内侧。
所述刀架与溜板活动连接，刀尖间的前后距离可调。
本实用新型采用固定间隔的双刀架式结构，通过调整车架的前后距离可以适应各种尺寸的产品加工。采用车削方式，加工精度更高，效率更快。

具体实施方式
一种高精度端面车削装置，如图所示，包括溜板1，所述溜板1上设有两刀架2，两刀架2间隔一定距离前后设置，刀架2通过螺钉固定在溜板1上，与溜板1活动连接。刀架2一端设有车刀3，刀头位于刀架内侧。隔套4类工件通过涨紧工装固定在主轴上，通过调整两刀尖间的距离，使其与待加工工件的长度一致，可实现两端面的加工。

1. 一种高精度端面车削装置，包括溜板（1），其特征在于：所述溜板（1）上设有两刀架（2），两刀架（2）间隔一定距离前后设置，刀架（2）一端设有车刀（3），刀头位于刀架内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精度端面车削装置，其特征在于：所述刀架（2）与溜板（1）活动连接，刀尖间的前后距离可调。
