背景技术
拉丝机夹丝器是用于夹紧金属丝，防止金属丝滑动进入下一步操作。由于放线结束后，需要更换空的花篮架，为了防止线头被其它钢丝一起带着向前运动，必须用夹丝器锁住线头并和新更换的盘条对焊结牢，使得单条钢丝可以延续运行。所以要求拉丝机夹丝器能迅速有力的夹住金属丝，同时不能夹断金属丝。所以结构设计需合理，要能有效迅速夹紧金属丝。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种夹线器，能够在更换空的花篮架时迅速夹住金属丝并和新更换的盘条对焊结牢，使得单条钢丝能够延续运行。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，夹线器包括夹线座上通过螺栓连接的夹线板，其特征是：夹线座一侧焊接偏心轮支板，偏心轮支板通过轴承连接转轴，转轴左端螺纹连接手柄.转轴右端偏心连接偏心轮，偏心轮表面设有一圈压板。
进一步的，手柄垂直于转轴。
进一步的，偏心轮和偏心轮支板之间设有隔圈。
进一步的，夹线板采用橡胶材料制作。
进一步的，压板采用橡胶材料制作。
进一步的，压板位于夹线板正上方。

如图1~2所示，本实用新型主要包括夹线座1上通过螺栓连接的夹线板2，夹线座1一侧焊接偏心轮支板3。偏心轮支板3通过轴承连接转轴4，转轴4左端螺纹连接手柄5，手柄5垂直于转轴4。
转轴4右端偏心连接偏心轮7，偏心轮7表面设有一圈压板8, 压板8位于夹线板2正上方。
所述偏心轮7和偏心轮支板3之间设有隔圈6。
所述夹线板2和压板8采用橡胶材料制作。
本实用新型的工作原理是：通过转动手柄，使得偏心轮7绕转轴4偏心转动。转动时，偏心轮7渐渐靠近压板8，从而夹紧钢丝。夹线板2和压板8采用橡胶材料制作，使得钢丝不被夹断。
