本实用新型涉及一种黄化机溶解水降温装置。
背景技术
目前，各化纤厂溶解水降温均用蛇形管内盐水循环来降温。因蛇形管长时间使用长易烂，造成盐水漏入溶解水中，使粘胶熟成快，导致废胶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型其目的就在于提供一种黄化机溶解水降温装置，能有效降低溶解水温，具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括黄化机，所述黄化机出口连接水泵，水泵出口连接溶解水计量桶，溶解水计量桶上端设有溢流口，溢流口经管路连接储水桶，储水桶上端设有补水进口，储水桶下端设有出水口，出水口经管路连接黄化机进口。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下优点。
本装置能有效降低溶解水温，防止因盐水循环管破使溶解水内进盐水，造成废胶问题。具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。

具体实施方式
本装置包括黄化机，如图1所示，所述黄化机出口连接水泵，水泵出口连接溶解水计量桶，溶解水计量桶上端设有溢流口，溢流口经管路连接储水桶，储水桶上端设有补水进口，储水桶下端设有出水口，出水口经管路连接黄化机进口。
所述黄化机可以两台并联。
利用黄化机原有盐水降温结构，将黄化机出口连接水泵，把溶解水打入溶解水计量桶内。当溶解水计量桶满时，溢流至储水桶，储水桶不断向黄化机进水，黄化机上阀门控制进水量以保证黄化机进出水量平衡。储水桶水量偏少时，气动阀自动打开补水。当溶解水需降温时，只需将黄化机盐水阀常开，开水泵就能起到降温作用，其他黄化机就能使用低温溶解水。

1.一种黄化机溶解水降温装置，包括黄化机，其特征在于，所述黄化机出口连接水泵，水泵出口连接溶解水计量桶，溶解水计量桶上端设有溢流口，溢流口经管路连接储水桶，储水桶上端设有补水进口，储水桶下端设有出水口，出水口经管路连接黄化机进口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄化机溶解水降温装置，其特征在于，所述黄化机可以两台并联。
