本实用新型属于设备维护辅助工具领域，尤其涉及一种气动润滑脂加注装置。
背景技术
现有机械设备的润滑脂的加注，采用脚踏式注油器，通过脚踏注油器踏板，产生挤压，将黄油机械式挤出，经过管道，实现设备润滑油脂注油。由于设备润滑点多，注油量大，脚踏式注油器加油速度慢，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中的不足，设计了一种气动润滑脂加注装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种气动润滑脂加注装置，包括一个缸筒1，在所述缸筒1的顶部设有加油孔4，底部连接有出油管5，还包括一个密封板3，所述密封板3固定在缸筒1顶部的加油孔4上，在密封板3上固定连接有进气管2； 所述出油管5固定连接在缸筒1侧壁的底部；还包括一个阀门6，所述阀门6安装在所述出油管5上。
本实用新型可实现连续较多地加注润滑脂，加脂均匀、容量大、制作简单、效率高，使用方便且寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示，一种气动润滑脂加注装置，包括一个缸筒1，在所述缸筒1的顶部设有加油孔4，底部连接有出油管5，还包括一个密封板3，所述密封板3固定在缸筒1顶部的加油孔4上，在密封板3上固定连接有进气管2； 所述出油管5固定连接在缸筒1侧壁的底部；还包括一个阀门6，所述阀门6安装在所述出油管5上。
如图1 所示，本实用新型的工作原理如下：
打开进气管2，将润滑脂装入缸筒1内，盖上连接管装置并密封好，接入压缩空气，润滑脂软管连接至所需润滑维护设备的润滑点，打开压缩空气， 润滑脂将通过空气压力被送至各个润滑点，润滑点注满油后，立即关闭压缩空气和阀门6，完成设备润滑所需油脂的加注。

1.一种气动润滑脂加注装置，包括一个缸筒（1），在所述缸筒（1）的顶部设有加油孔（4），底部连接有出油管（5），其特征在于：还包括一个密封板（3），所述密封板（3）固定在缸筒（1）顶部的加油孔（4）上，在密封板（3）上固定连接有进气管（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动润滑脂加注装置，其特征在于所述出油管（5）固定连接在缸筒（1）侧壁的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动润滑脂加注装置，其特征在于：还包括一个阀门（6），所述阀门（6）安装在所述出油管（5）上。
