救灾是抢时间的事情，救灾帐篷必须具备搭建迅速、运输方便的性能。

帐篷外装置风力发电机(3)，蓄电池(6)安放在帐篷内，照明灯(4)挂在折叠支架(2)上。 
蓄电池(6)配以逆变器还使用一些小家电。
