保温板1表面设有蓄热过渡层2，能起到蓄热过渡的作用，室温能根据天气情况得到良好的控制；蓄热过渡层2表面设有聚氨酯发泡胶层3，安全、绿色，可广泛应用于建筑外墙；保温板1、蓄热过渡层2、聚氨酯发泡胶层3、树脂层4及岩棉板层5之间设有固定连接件9，即使在遇到火灾时，墙体也不易倒塌；保温板1由酚醛材料制成，能起到良好的隔音作用；固定连接件9纵向截面为圆形或椭圆形结构，保温板1的厚度方向均设有数个通孔，符合设计理念。
