本实用新型公开一种立体提花鼓罩，属于水刺无纺布生产设备的技术领域。
背景技术
水刺无纺布主要通过高压净水处理而成。高压净水处理的原理是：经过梳理后的纤维层，在水刺机内的输送过程中，高压净水会对经过鼓罩外壁的纤维层进行连续高压喷水，使得纤维层内的纤维相互缠绕、缠结，得到水刺无纺布的基布。水刺无纺布的基布，再经过烘干处理便可得到水刺无纺布成品。现有水刺机内的鼓罩，主要包括由内而外依次复合固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩，网罩上开设有数个均匀分布的100目网孔。在高压净水喷射到鼓罩上的同时，高压净水会通过100目的网孔被支撑罩内腔内的高压吸力吸入到支撑罩内腔内，再由支撑罩内腔输送出去进行循环使用。由于现有的网罩上，其网孔的目数为100目，因此生产出来的水刺无纺布在视觉感官上为平纹，因为上面的孔隙非常微小，因此水刺无纺布的表面平整，无立体感，外观单一，手感较硬，吸液速度较慢、用途有一定的限制。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种立体提花鼓罩，通过该立体提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布不仅具有立体效果，而且手感柔软，亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
    一种立体提花鼓罩，包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩、衬网、网罩、方格镍网，网罩上开设有数个网孔。
    作为上述方案的进一步设置，所述网孔为24目网孔。
所述网孔均匀布满网罩。
所述方格镍网的网目为2.5目。
    通过本实用新型立体提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布不仅立体效果好，而且手感柔软，亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型立体提花鼓罩，包括由内而外依次固定设置的支撑罩1、衬网2、网罩3、方格镍网4，即支撑罩1、衬网2、网罩3、方格镍网4之间依次复合固定连接。网罩3上开设有数个网孔5，且网孔5为24目网孔。网孔5均匀布满网罩3。方格镍网4的网目为2.5目，衬网2为14目不锈钢网。
通过本实用新型立体提花鼓罩生产出来的水刺无纺布，不仅具有立体效果，而且手感柔软，亲水性、吸湿性能较好同时吸液速度较快。
