一种相变蓄热泡沫铝复合板:在通孔泡沫铝板的孔隙中填充一定量的设计温度的相变蓄热材料;在泡沫铝板上、下表面分别用装饰面板粘接密封;可大大提高泡沫铝板的蓄热量,传热迅速,储热均匀,显著改善泡沫铝板原有的保温效果,降低能耗,又容易切割加工,材料密度小,大幅减小设备重量。

背景技术
目前,泡沫铝板材因其诸多优良性能在多个领域逐步推广应用,其中一项为隔热功能。但是由于泡沫铝孔隙内填充的是空气,使保温效果有限。 
发明内容
为了克服现有泡沫铝板材的保温效果有限的缺点,本实用新型提供一种蓄热泡沫铝板,该蓄热泡沫铝板能利用相变蓄热材料保持温度恒定,大幅改善泡沫铝板的保温效果,又能利用泡沫铝本身的高传热率加快热量的吸收储存,均衡热量分布,提高蓄热效果。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在通孔泡沫铝板的孔隙中填充一定量的相变蓄热材料;在泡沫铝板上、下表面分别用装饰面板粘结密封。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:大大提高泡沫铝板的蓄热量,传热迅速,分布均匀,显著改善泡沫铝板原有的保温效果,降低能耗,又容易切割加工,材料密度小,大幅减小设备重量。
