    本实用新型涉及LED技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED显示屏箱体内部结构。 
背景技术
一般小间距LED显示屏通常具有LED灯珠密度高,整体发热量大的问题 , 而热量将直接影响LED内部芯片波长飘移,从而影响最终所显示的颜色,传统箱体因热量不平均,导至正常显示时出现大量色块现象,严重影响显示效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种LED显示屏箱体内部结构。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种LED显示屏箱体内部结构,包括有灯板、导热绝缘片、底壳、主箱体和后盖,所述的灯板是由四个模组组成,在灯板背面焊接有固定螺丝柱,所述的导热绝缘片贴在底壳的正面,在导热绝缘片上和底壳的正面分别开有与固定螺丝柱相对应的螺孔,固定螺丝柱穿过导热绝缘片与底壳上螺孔连接使灯板与底壳固定连接,在底壳的背面焊接有多个底壳螺丝柱,底壳通过底壳螺丝柱与所述的主箱体固定连接,在主箱体背面设有接收卡和电源,所述的电源通过连接片与接收卡连接,所述的后盖与主箱体的背面固定连接。
所述的底壳和主箱体均是由高导热铝制材料制成的。 
灯板表面热量通过底壳均匀导出后经主箱体直接散出,主箱体反面依次有接收卡和电源,信号由外部直接连至接收卡,电源通过连接片给接收卡供电,信号和灯板供电同时由接收卡上的接插件传至各灯板。 
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型适合于小间距LED显示屏,具有导热好,生产组装方便等特点,完全杜决了色块的现象,使显示效果更逼真。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种LED显示屏箱体内部结构,包括有灯板1、导热绝缘片2、底壳3、主箱体4和后盖5,所述的灯板1是由四个模组组成,在灯板1背面焊接有固定螺丝柱6,所述的导热绝缘片2贴在底壳3的正面,在导热绝缘片2上和底壳3的正面分别开有与固定螺丝柱6相对应的螺孔,固定螺丝柱6穿过导热绝缘片2与底壳3上螺孔连接使灯板1与底壳3固定连接,在底壳3的背面焊接有多个底壳螺丝柱7,底壳3通过底壳螺丝柱7与所述的主箱体4固定连接,在主箱体4背面设有接收卡8和电源9,所述的电源9通过连接片10与接收卡8连接,所述的后盖5与主箱体4的背面固定连接。 
所述的底壳3和主箱体4均是由高导热铝制材料制成的。

1.一种LED显示屏箱体内部结构,其特征在于:包括有灯板、导热绝缘片、底壳、主箱体和后盖,所述的灯板是由四个模组组成,在灯板背面焊接有固定螺丝柱,所述的导热绝缘片贴在底壳的正面,在导热绝缘片上和底壳的正面分别开有与固定螺丝柱相对应的螺孔,固定螺丝柱穿过导热绝缘片与底壳上螺孔连接使灯板与底壳固定连接,在底壳的背面焊接有多个底壳螺丝柱,底壳通过底壳螺丝柱与所述的主箱体固定连接,在主箱体背面设有接收卡和电源,所述的电源通过连接片与接收卡连接,所述的后盖与主箱体的背面固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏箱体内部结构,其特征在于:所述的底壳和主箱体均是由高导热铝制材料制成的。
