一种组合式塑件紧固结构,塑件上有自攻螺钉孔座,自攻螺钉孔座外端有螺母定位孔,螺母定位孔外端是圆形沉孔。塑件中不需镶嵌螺母,塑件成本低、注塑效率高。组装时先采用自攻螺钉组装,自攻螺钉攻入自攻螺钉孔座,组装效率高、组装成本低。当自攻螺钉组装出现异常,如发生螺钉孔座刮丝或爆裂时,还可以再采用普通螺钉螺母组装,采用普通螺钉螺母时,普通螺钉可穿过自攻螺钉孔座,螺母可放入螺母定位孔内,螺母定位孔可限制螺母转动,组装时不需螺母扳手,因此组装效率高,如螺母刮丝,可以方便的更换螺母,保证塑件紧固可靠,螺母定位孔外端的圆形沉孔可改善塑件外观形象。

背景技术
目前,公知塑件紧固结构有几种类型,这些已有结构各自都有许多优点,但也各自存在一些不足,例如:1自攻螺钉紧固结构特点:注塑效率高、组装紧固效率高、成本底,螺钉孔座易刮丝或爆裂,刮丝或爆裂后塑件因无法组装而报废。2镶嵌螺母结构特点:组装效率高、不宜刮丝与爆裂,成本高、注塑效率低、有时松动,松动后塑件因无法组装而报废。3外置螺母结构特点:注塑效率高、成本低、使用可靠,组装效率底、螺母外露影响美观。 
发明内容
为了克服现有塑件紧固结构的不足,本发明提供一种,组合式塑件紧固结构。 
发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:塑件上有自攻螺钉孔座,自攻螺钉孔座外端有螺母定位孔,螺母定位孔外端是圆形沉孔。 
本发明的有益效果是,组装时先采用自攻螺钉组装,自攻螺钉攻入自攻螺钉孔座,组装效率高、组装成本低。当自攻螺钉组装出现异常,如发生螺钉孔座刮丝或爆裂时,还可以再采用普通螺钉螺母组装,采用普通螺钉螺母时,普通螺钉可穿过自攻螺钉孔座,螺母可放入螺母定位孔内,螺母定位孔可限制螺母转动,组装时不需螺母扳手,因此组装效率高,如螺母刮丝,可以方便的更换螺母,保证塑件紧固可靠,螺母定位孔外端的圆形沉孔可改善塑件外观形象。

图1表明:塑件一1与塑件二2是两个要相互紧固的塑件,塑件一的圆形沉孔1-1可以放入自攻螺钉3,塑件二2上有自攻螺钉孔座2-1,自攻螺钉孔座2-1可攻入自攻螺钉3,自攻螺钉孔座2-1外端有螺母定位孔2-2,螺母定位孔2-2外端是塑件二的圆形沉孔2-3。 
图2表明:塑件一的圆形沉孔1-1可以放入普通螺钉4,普通螺钉4可穿过自攻螺钉孔座2-1,螺母5可放入螺母定位孔2-2内,螺母定位孔2-2可限制螺母转动,螺母定位孔2-2外端是塑件二圆形沉孔2-3,塑件二圆形沉孔2-3可改善塑件外观形象。
