本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其是一种用于压缩机外置式保护器的内嵌螺母。
背景技术
内嵌螺母一般都是与零件注塑或相嵌成型时将其固定在零件中,现有技术的内嵌螺母一般为直筒形,这种结构的内嵌螺母与零件之间的结合力不足,以至产品在装配或使用中稍为用力过大点,内嵌螺母与零件间容易发生相对转动或轴向窜动,调节螺钉与之配合时也容易出现螺纹错位咬合或卡死,给产品的装配和使用带来很大地不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而设计的一种内嵌螺母,它采用工”字形和螺孔导向结构,有效防止内嵌螺母在零件中的转动或轴向窜动,极大地方便了产品的装配和使用,进一步降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:一种内嵌螺母,其特点是螺母为两端设有环状凸台的“工”字形,其螺孔的两端面上设有导向角,环状凸台表面设有轴向直纹。
本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,有效防止内嵌螺母在零件中的转动或轴向窜动,极大地方便了产品的装配和使用,进一步降低生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
参阅附图1,本发明螺母1为两端设有环状凸台3的“工”字形,螺母1的螺孔两端面上设有导向角2,环状凸台3表面滚制轴向直纹4。导向角2引导螺钉与之配合时,不易发生螺纹错位咬合或卡死的现象,环状凸台3表面滚制轴向直纹4大大提高了螺母1与零件之间的结合力,直纹4使得螺母1镶嵌在零件中可起到非常好的防止转动作用,螺母1的“工”字形结构有效阻止螺母1镶嵌在零件中的轴向窜动。
