Abstract
硅油涂布镀铝纸，在其基纸上加工有一层复合胶层，在复合胶层上加工有一层镀铝层，在镀铝层上涂布有一层乳化硅油层。采用上述技术方案，由于在镀铝层上涂布一层乳化硅油层，大大减小了镀铝层与高速包装机上各种辊之间的接触摩擦力，高速包装机可以顺畅地高速运行，电化铝上的图案不会被接触辊磨花。

本实用新型属于镀铝包装纸技术领域，涉及一种硅油涂布镀铝纸。
背景技术
带镀铝层的包装纸广泛运用于包装材料中，这种包装纸一般由基纸、复合胶层和镀铝层构成，在用于包装产品时，该纸安装在高速运转的包装机上，镀铝层直接与包装机上的各种导辊、印辊接触，电化铝层与接触辊之间有一定的摩擦力，一方面镀铝层容易被磨花，另一方面会影响包装机的运行速度。
发明内容
现有技术中，带镀铝层的包装纸安装在高速包装机上，镀铝层与包装机的各种辊直接接触，存在一定的摩擦力，影响包装机速度并且容易被磨花，针对这一问题，本实用新型提供一种硅油涂布镀铝纸，在其基纸上加工有一层复合胶层，在复合胶层上加工有一层镀铝层，在镀铝层上涂布有一层乳化硅油层。
采用上述技术方案，由于在镀铝层上涂布一层乳化硅油层，大大减小了镀铝层与高速包装机上各种辊之间的接触摩擦力，高速包装机可以顺畅地高速运行，电化铝上的图案不会被接触辊磨花。

实施例：如图1所示，硅油涂布镀铝纸，在其基纸1上加工有一层复合胶层2，在复合胶层2上加工有一层镀铝层3，在镀铝层3上涂布有一层乳化硅油层4。
