【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及LED灯泡。 
【背景技术】
LED灯泡由于电路板安装会对灯泡的照明效果产生影响,现有的LED灯泡中电路板安装采用的是垂直安装,这种安装方式会在灯泡尾端产生大面积暗区。 
【实用新型内容】
为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种暗区面积少的LED灯泡,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为: 
一种LED灯泡,包括连接电源的安装座,在所述的安装座上面设有安装板,在所述的安装板上设有若干电路板且呈花斑状向外侧倾斜,所述的电路板与安装板的夹角α角度范围为70°~80°,所述的电路板由两块铝基板叠加在一起胶接而成,在所述的各铝基板上均匀的设置有若干横向排列的灯珠。 
所述的电路板与安装板的夹角α角度范围为73°~77°。 
还包括有保护电路板的灯罩。 
所述的安装座包括有连接电源的连接头,还包括有固定安装板且起到散热效果的灯座,在所述的灯座与连接头之间设有绝缘底座,所述的电路板通过导线与连接头连接。 
采用上述技术方案的灯泡由于电路板与安装板设有倾角,且电路板向外侧倾斜,这样可以使电路板上灯珠的光线向灯泡尾端照射,受 到灯座的遮挡更小照射面积更大,有效减少暗区面积。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至2所示的灯泡包括有安装座1,所述的安装座1包括有与电源连接的连接头12,在所述的连接头12上设有绝缘底座14,在绝缘底座14上设有灯座13,所述的绝缘底座14防止电流从连接头12导入到灯座13上。在灯座13上固定有安装板11,如图3所示在安装板11上安装有若干均匀排列的电路板2,各电路板2固定在安装板11的边缘且呈花瓣状向外侧倾斜。安装板11与电路板2的夹角α角度范围为70°~80°,α的最佳角度范围为73°~77°,其中最佳角度为75°。还包括有安装在安装座1上罩住并保护电路板2的灯罩3. 
如图4至5所示的电路板2是由两款铝基板21叠加起来通过紫外线胶粘合,在各铝基板21表面均设有若干并排均匀排列的灯珠22。 
电路板2与连接头12通过导线连接。

1.一种LED灯泡,包括连接电源的安装座(1),其特征在于:在所述的安装座(1)上面设有安装板(11),在所述的安装板(11)上设有若干电路板(2)且呈花斑状向外侧倾斜,所述的电路板(2)与安装板(11)的夹角α角度范围为70°~80°,所述的电路板(2)由两块铝基板(21)叠加在一起胶接而成,在所述的各铝基板(21)上均匀的设置有若干横向排列的灯珠(22)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述的电路板(2)与安装板(11)的夹角α角度范围为73°~77°。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:还包括有保护电路板(2)的灯罩(3)。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述的安装座(1)包括有连接电源的连接头(12),还包括有固定安装板(11)且起到散热效果的灯座(13),在所述的灯座(13)与连接头(12)之间设有绝缘底座(14),所述的电路板(2)通过导线与连接头(12)连接。
