本实用新型涉及板件的连接固定装置,特别涉及建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统。主要解决采用螺钉穿挂会破坏保持真空保温绝热板结构完整性和气密性的技术问题。本实用新型的技术方案为:一种建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统,包括建筑模板、真空保温绝热板和固定片,在建筑模板上根据真空保温绝热板规格打孔,将真空保温绝热板铺设在建筑模板上,在相邻真空保温绝热板角部设置固定片,通过扎带穿过固定片和建筑模板进行固定。所述固定片为圆形,正面为光面,在互成直角的直径线上均匀布置4个孔,背面在互成直角的直径线上布置凹槽型加强筋,所述孔位于加强筋内。为减轻分量增加强度,在四分之一园面均开扇形镂空区域。主要用于在建筑一体化浇筑施工中固定真空绝热板之类的保温材料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及板件的连接固定装置,特别涉及建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统。主要用于在建筑一体化浇筑施工中固定真空绝热板之类的保温材料。
背景技术
保温材料在建筑外墙一体化浇筑的过程中,由于各种原因的限制(有的是保温材料本身受到限制,有的涉及影响施工墙体的质量,还有的增加了施工返工的难度等),一直处于边缘状态。目前,外墙保温系统一般采用墙体和保温系统错开时间分期施工的方式。真空绝热板作为建筑外墙的保温材料,在国内尚处于起步阶段,其在建筑外墙一体化浇筑施工领域属于空白。真空绝热板由于本身的导热系数极低,目前正逐步成为建筑外墙的新型绿色节能保温材料。为了保证真空绝热板的热工性能,对其本身的结构完整性和气密性有着极高的要求,因此不能采用螺钉穿挂的方式,在保持真空绝热板结构完整性和气密性的同时,将其固定在板上,是本实用新型研究的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统,主要解决采用螺钉穿挂会破坏保持真空保温绝热板结构完整性和气密性的技术问题。

本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型由于不使用螺钉的穿挂方式,采用固定片将真空保温绝热板固定在建筑模板上,使得真空保温绝热板结构完整性和气密性得到了保障,而且施工简易,方便。

参照图1、2、3、4,一种建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统,包括建筑模板1、真空保温绝热板2和固定片3,在建筑模板1上根据真空保温绝热板2规格打孔,将真空保温绝热板2铺设在建筑模板1上,在相邻真空保温绝热板2角部设置固定片3,通过扎带6穿过固定片3和建筑模板1的孔对真空保温绝热板2进行固定。所述固定片3为圆形,正面为光面,在互成直角的直径线上均匀布置4个穿孔4,背面在互成直角的直径线上布置凹槽型加强筋5,所述穿孔4位于加强筋内。为减轻分量增加强度,在四分之一园面均开扇形镂空区域7。

1.一种建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统,其特征是包括建筑模板、真空保温绝热板和固定片,在建筑模板上根据真空保温绝热板规格打孔,将真空保温绝热板铺设在建筑模板上,在相邻真空保温绝热板角部设置固定片,通过扎带穿过固定片和建筑模板的孔对真空保温绝热板固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用真空保温绝热板在建筑模板上的固定系统,其特征是所述固定片为圆形,正面为光面,在互成直角的直径线上均匀布置4个孔,背面在互成直角的直径线上布置凹槽型加强筋,所述孔位于加强筋内。
