现在的雨污水管理已到了不可不管理的地步，雨洪灾害、面源污染和缺水等问题，雨水在流到下水道之前需要进行初步沉淀，去除污泥杂质，再逐步进行下一道工序的净化处理，现有技术中缺乏简单有效的雨水处理装置。

一种地埋式雨水弃流吸污装置，包括蓄水箱，其特征在于：所述蓄水箱的侧壁上连通有收集管，所述溢流管的端部密封，所述溢流管的下侧壁上设有弃流口，所述弃流口上安装有球形止回阀，所述蓄水箱的侧壁上设有溢流管，所述蓄水箱的侧壁上设有排水管，所述蓄水箱的底部设有排泥泵。
所述蓄水箱的顶部设有开口，所述开口上盖有井盖。
本实用新型在蓄水箱的侧壁上设有收集管，且在收集管的下侧壁上设有球形止回阀，这样当蓄水箱内的雨水过多时，就会从蓄水箱的溢流管及时的排出，防止雨水溢出底面，本实用新型有效保证了雨水初步的沉淀，结构简单实用。
