技术领域
本实用新型专利属于电缆制造设备领域,具体涉及一种电缆挤塑快速成型装置。
背景技术
目前,大部分电缆挤塑均采用水冷,水冷虽然操作简单,但是却有以下缺点:机台电源复杂,一旦溅到水,易损坏机器、易产生安全隐患;水流动慢,长时间工作后水温升高,不能迅速冷却定型,对于护套类电线,易造成内芯线的烫伤,表面绞纹等缺陷;对于印字线,水冷后需要印字,需要添加吹干设备,且一般的吹干设备效率低,仍会导致印字不清等现象。另外,不能快速定型,会导致印字轮压扁、压伤电线电缆的状况;大平方电线接头经过水槽时,会产生明显的虹吸现象,导致电线氧化;水资源浪费大,并造成水污染等。
发明内容
本实用新型专利的目的在于提供电缆挤塑快速成型装置,其结构简单,具备可操作性。
本实用新型专利的技术方案为:电缆挤塑快速成型装置,包括箱体、设于箱体上的气冷装置,所述箱体包括进线端、出线端;所述进线端、出线端处均设有温度传感器;所述箱体内设有若干冷气出气孔;在所述箱体内设有辊轮。
所述气冷装置连接有主控电路;所述温度传感器连接至主控电路。
本实用新型专利采用温度传感器对电缆温度进行实时检测,并通过主控电路对气冷装置进行智能控制。
有益效果:采用半密闭式保温箱体,通过温控系统调节,冷气的快速注入,使箱体内保持5℃以下的低温,对电线进行快速冷却定型,杜绝水冷造成的产品不良和安全隐患。本实用新型克服了传统循环水冷中冷凝范围窄(最低温度为0℃)、反馈机制慢、温度调节周期长、循环水与电线直接接触影响产品性能等缺点,集结了生产时使用性能高效、快捷、无接触、不影响成品性能的优点。

如图1、图2所示,电缆挤塑快速成型装置,包括箱体1、设于箱体1上的气冷装置2,所述箱体1包括进线端11、出线端12;所述进线端11、出线端12处均设有温度传感器3;所述箱体1内设有若干冷气出气孔5;在所述箱体1内设有辊轮4。
所述气冷装置2连接有主控电路,所述温度传感器3连接至主控电路。
工作原理:电缆7从挤出机机头6挤出后,从进线端11进入箱体1内,电缆7经过辊轮4输送至出线端12;电缆在箱体内,经过若干出气口5的冷气冷却。本实用新型专利采用温度传感器3对电缆温度进行实时检测,并通过主控电路对气冷装置2进行智能控制,对于电缆的冷却控制较为平衡,电缆冷却更完整,定型效果好。

1.电缆挤塑快速成型装置,其特征在于:包括箱体(1)、设于箱体(1)上的气冷装置(2),所述箱体(1)包括进线端(11)、出线端(12);所述进线端(11)、出线端(12)处均设有温度传感器(3);所述箱体(1)内设有若干冷气出气孔(5);在所述箱体(1)内设有辊轮(4);
所述气冷装置(2)连接有主控电路,所述温度传感器(3)连接至主控电路;温度传感器(3)对电缆温度进行实时检测,通过主控电路对气冷装置(2)进行控制。
