塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统,涉及机电领域,尤其是塑料制造设备中的电控制技术。本实用新型的塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统,其特征在于该系统由温控仪、晶闸管、保险丝、断路器和电路元器件组成,其中晶闸管是无触点式输出。本实用新型的塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统,其电耗、安全性能、使用寿命及操作性均优于传统的触点式电控系统。

本实用新型涉及机电领域,尤其是塑料制造设备中的电控制技术。
背景技术
相对于国外,国内的塑料制造行业使用的电控制设备比较陈旧和传统,几乎所有的电控设备都采用机械触点开关。然而塑料制造过程中产生的粉尘较多,这些粉尘容易附着在开关上,导致开关失灵,从而发生故障。此外,触点式的开关多次接触易磨损,长期暴露在空气中易老化,也会影响其使用寿命。电控系统一旦出现故障不仅会影响整个塑料制造的流程,影响生产效率,而且也因设备的维修管理增加了相应的制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的就是目前的塑料制造行业中电控制技术均采用触点式开关容易出现故障的问题,提供一种无触点式电控技术。
本实用新型的塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统,其特征在于该系统由温控仪、晶闸管、保险丝、断路器和电路元器件组成,其中晶闸管是无触点式输出。
相对于触点是电控开关,无触点式电控系统成本较高,但是其电耗有所降低。从安全性能方面对比,触点式电控系统在粉尘环境下很容易因产生火花而发生安全事故,无触点式输出则线路断开与连接均在封闭式晶闸管中完成,无触碰火花。从使用寿命方面对比,触点式输出多次触点易磨损,长期暴露在空气中易老化,使用寿命仅为3个月,而无触点式输出则无磨损,封闭环境抗氧化,使用寿命可达1~2年。

具体实施例
实施例1:塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统由温控仪1、晶闸管2、保险丝3、断路器4和电路元器件5组成,其中晶闸管2是无触点式输出。电路元器件5为加热圈三组,每组由本实用新型的无触点式电控系统控制,该三个电控系统加装在相应的三个电源火线A、B、C和零线D上。

1.塑料挤出机无触点式电控系统,其特征在于该系统由温控仪(1)、晶闸管(2)、保险丝(3)、断路器(4)和电路元器件(5)组成,其中晶闸管(2)是无触点式输出。
