    本实用新型涉及喷水工具，具体是一种对PCB板面进行清洗的扇面清洗喷头。
背景技术
PCB板面在处理过后需要进行冲洗，一般用药水清洗或用纯水清洗，而一般对PCB板表面清洗的喷头喷射出来的水花为散射状，因此造成喷射力度不够，往往对PCB板清洗不彻底，同时喷射后的水花四溅，若采用药水喷水，会将很多药水散布在空气中，影响环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提升喷射力度，喷射后的水化稳定的喷头，即一种扇面清洗喷头。
本实用新型的目的主要通过以下技术方案实现：一种扇面清洗喷头，包括安装在供液管道外壁的机座，机座开有喷头通孔，喷头通孔内设置有喷头。
为了方便安装喷头，采用安装在供液管道外壁的机座作为连接件，固定连接喷头，一般机座与供液管道外壁进行螺纹连接或密封粘接。
所述喷头主要由位于机座与供液管道外壁之间的喷头座以及设置在喷头座上的喷嘴构成。
喷头座用于连通供液管道，引导供液管道内部的液态流出。
所述喷嘴主要由两个对称设置在喷头座上的阻水板以及位于两个阻水板之间的出水柱构成。出水柱作为出水口，在喷出散射水花后，利用阻水板阻挡水花，形成固定形状，放置水花逃逸到空中。
所述阻水板的俯视方向投影为圆弧形。出水柱与喷头座连通，喷头座与供液管道内部连通。两个阻水板的凹陷面相对设置。这样喷射出来的水花为扇面形状。
喷头通孔为矩形通孔或椭圆形通孔，喷头通孔的内壁与阻水板外壁密封连接。喷头通孔可夹持住整个喷头。
优选的，出水柱设置有椭圆形出水孔。
本实用新型的优点在于：喷射水花可控为扇面形状，结构简单，成本低，拆卸方便。

如图1至图4所示。
一种扇面清洗喷头，包括安装在供液管道1外壁的机座2，机座2开有喷头通孔21，喷头通孔21内设置有喷头3。机座2为中间开喷头通孔的多边形结构，在其本体上设置有2个边耳，在使用时，采用螺纹连接方式与供液管道1固定，利用边耳扭转机座2，可将其拆卸。
为了方便安装喷头，采用安装在供液管道1外壁的机座2作为连接件，固定连接喷头，一般机座2与供液管道1外壁进行螺纹连接或密封粘接。
所述喷头3主要由位于机座2与供液管道1外壁之间的喷头座31以及设置在喷头座31上的喷嘴构成。
喷头座31用于连通供液管道1，引导供液管道1内部的液态流出。
所述喷嘴主要由两个对称设置在喷头座31上的阻水板321以及位于两个阻水板321之间的出水柱322构成。出水柱322作为出水口，在喷出散射水花后，利用阻水板321阻挡水花，形成固定形状，放置水花逃逸到空中。
所述阻水板321的俯视方向投影为圆弧形。出水柱322与喷头座31连通，喷头座31与供液管道1内部连通。两个阻水板321的凹陷面相对设置。这样喷射出来的水花为扇面形状。
喷头通孔21为矩形通孔或椭圆形通孔，喷头通孔21的内壁与阻水板321外壁密封连接。喷头通孔21可夹持住整个喷头。
优选的，出水柱322设置有椭圆形出水孔。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种扇面清洗喷头，其特征在于：所述喷嘴主要由两个对称设置在喷头座（31）上的阻水板（321）以及位于两个阻水板（321）之间的出水柱（322）构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种扇面清洗喷头，其特征在于：所述阻水板（321）的俯视方向投影为圆弧形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种扇面清洗喷头，其特征在于：出水柱（322）与喷头座（31）连通，喷头座（31）与供液管道（1）内部连通。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种扇面清洗喷头，其特征在于：两个阻水板（321）的凹陷面相对设置。
7.根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的一种扇面清洗喷头，其特征在于：喷头通孔（21）为矩形通孔或椭圆形通孔，喷头通孔（21）的内壁与阻水板（321）外壁密封连接。
