原有的注塑模喷头为一个不可拆卸的整体，注塑模喷头前部的喷口由注塑模喷头圆柱形腔通过锥形柱过渡，所以注塑模喷头的喷头很小，而注塑机注塑时，喷出的熔融塑胶会堵塞注塑模喷头的喷口，使得注塑模喷头不能正常工作，需要停机拿出注塑模喷头进行人工清理，这样在停机的过程中就大大降低了生产率。

采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：将注塑机注塑模喷头设计成喷头和与喷头连接的连接头，方便在注塑模喷头内设置滤板，方便滤板的安装于拆卸，喷头的锥形喷口后部的内腔设置有滤板，滤板上均布有过料通孔，在喷头的喷口后部设置滤板，可以过滤熔融塑胶内的杂质等颗粒物质，大大降低了喷口堵塞的频率，同时可以放置熔融塑胶和杂质等颗粒物质堵塞喷口，若注塑模喷头出现堵塞，即可拆下注塑模喷头，将滤板拿出，换上新的滤板继续使用，节省了清理的时间，另外，将堵塞的滤板拿出来清理更加方便，清理更加快捷，能够节省大量的时间，挺高了注塑机注塑率。
