背景技术
螺杆挤出机机头的作用是将旋转运动的塑料熔体转变为平行直线运动，均匀平稳的导入模套中，并赋予塑料以必要的成型压力。塑料在机筒内塑化压实，经多孔滤板沿一定的流道通过机头脖颈流入机头成型模。现有的多孔滤板，其内的过滤孔为圆柱形孔，有些热敏性材料或挤出温度过高时，塑料流过滤板时容易堵塞。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种能够解决滤板堵塞问题的螺杆挤出机滤板。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种螺杆挤出机滤板，所述滤板安装在挤出机的机筒和机头之间，所述滤板包括滤板外缘、与滤板外缘连接成一体的设有滤孔的滤板主体，其特征在于：所述滤孔为锥形孔，小径设于机筒侧，大径设于机头侧。
作为优选，所述滤板主体与滤板外缘之间为圆弧过渡连接。使连接处的塑料流动更加顺畅。
作为优选，所述滤孔的两端均倒有圆角。便于塑料流的流动。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，滤孔为锥形孔，塑料流通过锥形的滤孔时，不易堵塞滤板，流动更加顺畅。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆挤出机滤板，其特征在于：所述滤板主体(4)与滤板外缘(3)之间为圆弧过渡连接。
