本实用新型涉及一种变压器的线圈,具体涉及一种敞开式变压器高压导线绕组。
背景技术
敞开式干式变压器高压导线现有的匝绝缘方式为NOMEX纸包绝缘,这样做的缺点是:1)成本高,NOMEX纸包绝缘方式的包纸机设备、人工及NOMEX纸材料费用均需计入制造成本,导致产品的成本较高;2)生产周期长,需要先采购裸铜线,然后再在包纸机上用NOMEX纸包绕,制造周期较长。
实用新型内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种成本低、制造周期短的敞开式变压器高压导线绕组。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的敞开式变压器高压导线绕组包括由漆包线绕制成的线圈,所述线圈的端部安装有端绝缘,所述端绝缘与线圈之间设有玻璃丝布带。
作为优选,所述玻璃丝布带缠绕固定于所述端绝缘上。
有益效果:本实用新型通过采用漆包线代替现有的NOMEX纸包导线绕制成线圈,并在端绝缘上增加玻璃丝布带来隔离摩擦、增强绝缘,具有制造成本低,制造周期短等优点。

具体实施方式
实施例:本实施例的敞开式变压器高压导线绕组如图1所示,包括由漆包线绕制成的线圈1,线圈1的端部安装有端绝缘2,端绝缘2与线圈1之间设有玻璃丝布带3。为了增强玻璃丝布带3隔离摩擦、增强绝缘的作用,玻璃丝布带3缠绕固定于所述端绝缘2上。
制造时,首先采用玻璃丝布带缠绕于端绝缘上,然后在绕线机上采用漆包线进行高压线圈的绕制。
