背景技术
传统的牛仔布是以其粗犷、挺括、坚牢等特点作为其特性标志，而随着牛仔布逐步向时尚化的发展，赋予牛仔布细腻、柔软、弹性变成当前牛仔开发的一大课题。弹力牛仔是当前牛仔面料的一个发展趋势，能凸显女性优美的曲线，但当下的弹性牛仔面料又普遍存在着弹性较差的问题，同时由于其恢复性也较差，使牛仔布向时尚化迈进遇到障碍，有待改进。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种轻薄、柔软和高弹，穿着舒适的双芯牛仔面料。 
本实用新型的技术关键在于经纱采用赛络纺紧密复合纺纱，使纱线既提高强力10%以上同时纱线毛羽由过去的7-9mm降低到6-7mm，这样就使细支经纱同样也能承受复杂的牛仔工艺加工过程，这样获得的牛仔布从经纱方面既柔软同时又有丝绸般的光感。纬纱采用棉包T400再包莱卡的双芯包覆，这样的纱线就赋予牛仔布既有较高的弹性特质（弹性超过40%），同时又有较好的回复特性（恢复率达到97%）。其具体技术方案：一种双芯牛仔面料，包括经纱和纬纱交错编织而成，其特征在于所述纬纱为内外双层纱线，内层纱线为包裹于T400上的棉纱，外层为包裹于内层上的莱卡，所述经纱为棉纱，所述经纱每英寸纱线密度为250~300根，纬纱每英寸纱线密度为100~120根，经纱的纱线的细度为20~40D。 
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型经纱采用紧密加赛络纺复合纺纱，纬纱采用棉包T400再包莱卡的双芯包覆，使该牛仔布在拥有较高弹性特质的同时，又有较好的恢复性，大大提高了产品性能。

具体实施方式
一种双芯牛仔面料，包括经纱001和纬纱002交错编织而成，所述纬纱002为内外双层纱线，内层021为包裹于T400上的棉纱，外层022为包裹于内层021上的莱卡。所述经纱001为棉纱。 
所述经纱001每英寸纱线密度为250~300根，纬纱002每英寸纱线密度为100~120根。经纱001的纱线的细度为20~40D。
