本实用新型涉及一种竹棉抗菌面料，该面料料适用于风衣、外套、夹克、棉服、西装、尼克服等商务服装。本面料主要克服传统面料抗菌性较差的缺陷，织造采用性能优异的PTT记忆纱做经纱，竹棉混纺纱做纬纱，最终做出的成品面料骨感好、面料挺括、形态效果好，并且具有永久性抗菌效果。

本实用新型涉及一种竹棉抗菌面料，该面料料适用于风衣、外套、夹克、棉服、西装、尼克服等商务服装。本面料主要克服传统面料抗菌性较差的缺陷，织织造采用高密的经纬密度，采用性能优异的75D PTT记忆纱做经纱，40S竹棉混纺纱做纬纱，经纱的密度为82根/厘米，纬纱2的密度为46根/厘米，染色工艺是退浆去油，染色前做酵素水洗消毛，成品定型上防水。最终做出的成品面料骨感好、面料挺括、形态效果好，并且具有永久性抗菌效果。

1.一种竹棉抗菌面料，由经纱(1)和纬纱(2)交叉编织构成，其特征在于：所述经纱(1)为75D PTT记忆纱，所述纬纱(2)为40S竹棉混纺纱。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹锦抗菌面料，其特征在于：所述经纱(1)的密度为80～82根/厘米，纬纱(2)的密度为45～46根/厘米。
