本实用新型涉及一种焊条加长连接套。
背景技术
金属结构与特种金属结构焊接技术在工业化生产中占居相当大的工装比例,而且焊接工件千变万化,各种形体工艺要求各有规范,比如,常常会有直径小型罐类和人体无法进入型体内部进行焊接的焊缝,而达不到焊接技术要求。至今仍没有一种简便的工装技术解决这一技术难题,就是说,容不下电焊操作工的各种形体容器内部的焊缝,而且存在焊条伸向焊缝及焊点距离触及不到位等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种将两根焊条用一个管形套连接起来的焊条加长连接套,能在施工现场灵活使用,并且达到节约焊接耗材的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:该焊条加长连接套,包括焊条,在焊条的外部套接金属内层连接套,在金属内层连接套外部套接药皮外层连接套;
进一步,焊条最好为两根。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型达到的技术效果是:利用两焊条端点插入镶套方法,解决施工现场无法操作工艺难点,方便电焊工操作使用,每根电焊条提高利用率8%左右。

根据图1所示,该焊条加长连接套,包括焊条1,在焊条1的外部套接金属内层连接套2,在金属内层连接套2外部套接药皮外层连接套3;焊条1最好为两根。
本实用新型的工作原理是将两根焊条用一个管子形套连接起来,管型套内径与电焊条铁芯外径相工配,焊条加长连接套外径用建筑胶粘有与电焊条表层同样的焊药。这样,将两根电焊条连接使用,在加工现场和抢修现场能有效地解决了电焊工操作时一根焊条伸向焊件的距离触及不到焊缝,而身体双无法贴近焊件的问题,而利用两焊条端点插入镶套方法,解决了施工现场无法操作的工艺难点,而且每根电焊条能提高利用率8%左右。
