Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能电池组件,包括多个串联在一起的电池片,所述多个串联后电池片的一端为输入端,另一端为输出端,其中,所述电池片之间串联有功率管理器件;每两个电池片之间串联有一个功率管理器件或者多个串联在一起的电池片呈多行分布,每一行电池片的末端串接一个功率管理器件。本实用新型提供的太阳能电池组件,通过在电池组件上安装电池片级功率管理器件,从而可以有效减少整个电池组件受到局部阴影遮挡或者单个电池片损坏所带来的巨大功率损失,大大提高光伏组件的发电功率输出。

一种太阳能电池组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池组件,尤其涉及一种太阳能电池组件。 
背景技术
随着经济发展以及人口增长,能源的需求越来越巨大,而作为传统能源的石油、煤炭以及水电等资源都是有限的,而且对环境的破坏性很大,CO2含量的增高已经威胁到人类的生存,因此必须大力开发各种新能源以替代传统能源,新能源的种类很多,有核能、风能、生物质能、太阳能等,其中太阳能被认为是最有发展前途的一种新能源。这是一方面太阳能无所不在,只要有太阳照到的地方就有太阳能,而不像风能那样必须在风力较强的地方才能使用。其次是太阳能的取之不尽用之不竭,可利用的资源最为丰富,是唯一能够满足人类发展需要的能源,其他能源的资源都是有限的。 
将太阳光转换成为电能的太阳能电池的方法在最近几年发展非常迅速,产生了各种各样的太阳能电池。单体太阳电池不能直接做电源使用,而是必须将若干单体电池串、并联连接和严密封装成组件。太阳能电池组件(也叫太阳能电池板)是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中最重要的部分。其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。传统太阳能电池组件如图1所示,由单个到多个性能相近的电池片组成一个组件,较大型的光伏组件由60片或72片组成,光伏组件一般玻璃、EVA树脂、背板、边框、电池片等材料。一般光伏组件通过导线将电池片12串接起来,组件上另外设置单向二极管11,防止电流的回流。这种连接方式的好处就是结构简单,在一般正常情况下能够获得可靠的电流输出。但该种连接方式需要各电池片性能均一,如果各电池片性能相差较大,则会由于是串联连接,导致整个组件功率输出受到最差电池片的影响。尤其当有电池片损坏或者受到阴影遮挡时,比如出现异常电池片13,整个组件的输出会受到极大影响。根据美国国家半导体收集和测试的现场检测数据,仅仅一小部分太阳能电池板被遮挡,就会产生极大的功率损失,对于一个具有60片电池片的组件,当单个电池片被部分遮挡,遮挡部分只占整个组件面积的1.5%时,整个组件输出为87.3%。 因此,为了克服整个组件输出受到状况最差的电池片限制的影响,有必要对整个光伏组件的输出方式进行重新设计。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能电池组件,能够有效减少整个电池组件受到局部阴影遮挡或者单个电池片损坏所带来的巨大功率损失,大大提高电池组件的发电功率输出。 
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种太阳能电池组件,包括多个串联在一起的电池片,所述多个串联后电池片的一端为输入端,另一端为输出端,其中,所述电池片之间串联有功率管理器件。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,每两个电池片之间串联有一个功率管理器件。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述功率管理器件功率和单个电池片的功率相匹配。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述多个串联在一起的电池片呈多行分布,每一行电池片的末端串接一个功率管理器件。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述功率管理器件功率和该行电池片的功率相匹配。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述串联在一起的电池片的数目为60片或72片。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述电池片之间串联有单向二极管。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述电池片为多晶硅太阳能电池或单晶硅太阳能电池,所述电池片输入端、输出端和电网、蓄电池或者应用设备相连。 
上述的太阳能电池组件,其中,所述功率管理器件为功率优化器或者微型逆变器。 
本实用新型对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本实用新型提供的太阳能电池组件,通过在电池组件上安装电池片级功率管理器件,从而可以有效减少整个电池组件受到局部阴影遮挡或者单个电池片损坏所带来的巨大功率损失,大大提高光伏组件的发电功率输出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
图2为本实用新型按单个电池片进行功率管理的太阳能电池组件结构示意图。 
请参见图1,本实用新型提供的太阳能电池组件包括多个串联在一起的电池片23,所述多个串联后电池片的一端为输入端21,另一端为输出端24,其中,每两个电池片23之间串联有一个功率管理器件22,即从输入端21开始,每个电池片23通过导线与功率管理器件22相连,功率管理器件22后面继续连接电池片23,一直到最后一个电池片23后面再连接一个功率管理器件22,最后从输出端24输出,光伏组件基本结构仍然是由玻璃、背板、EVA支架等构成,在此不再一一赘述。 
本实用新型提供的太阳能电池组件,所述功率管理器件22为电池片级,通过在电池组件上安装电池片级功率管理器件,从而可以有效减少整个电池组件受到局部阴影遮挡或者单个电池片损坏所带来的巨大功率损失,大大提高光伏组件的发电功率输出。所述功率管理器件22功率最好和与相对应的电池片功率相匹配,以避免不必要的功率浪费。如对于按单个电池片进行功率管理的太阳能电池组件结构,所述功率管理器件22的功率和单个电池片的功率相匹配。功率管理器件22可以是功率优化器(Power Optimizer)或者是电池片级的微型逆变器(Microinverter),也可以是其它具有类似功率管理功能的器件;采用的芯片可以是飞思卡尔的MC56F8245型芯片或者其它具有相似功能的芯片。。 
图3为本实用新型另一种按行进行功率管理的太阳能电池组件结构示意图。 
请继续参见图3,当光伏电站规模较大,比如串联在一起的电池片的数目为60片或72片,多个串联在一起的电池片呈多行分布;或者是电站业主认为不需要对每个电池片进行功率管理,而是对每个光伏组件中每一行串联在一起的光伏电池片进行统一管理即可时,对光伏组件的设计实施简化,只在每一行电池片的末端串接一个功率管理器件,如图3所示。从输入端31开始,每一行电池片32组成一串电池片,在该串电池片后面连接一个功率管理器件33,该功率管理器件33可以是功率优化器,也可以是对应的微型逆变器。最后一个功率管理器件33直接连接到输出端34。为了防止电流回流,所述电池片32之间可串联有单向二极管;所述电池片32为晶硅电池组件,比如多晶硅太阳能电池或单晶硅太阳能电池,所述电池片输入端31、输出端34和电网、蓄电池或者应用设备相连,实现电量的输出。同样为了避免功率浪费,所述功率管理器件33的功率最好和该行电池片的功率相匹配。 
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本实用新型,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本实用新型的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。 

Claims (9)

1.一种太阳能电池组件,包括多个串联在一起的电池片,所述多个串联后电池片的一端为输入端,另一端为输出端,其特征在于,所述电池片之间串联有功率管理器件。 
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,每两个电池片之间串联有一个功率管理器件。 
3.如权利要求2所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述功率管理器件功率和单个电池片的功率相匹配。 
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述多个串联在一起的电池片呈多行分布,每一行电池片的末端串接一个功率管理器件。 
5.如权利要求4所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述功率管理器件功率和该行电池片的功率相匹配。 
6.如权利要求4所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述串联在一起的电池片的数目为60片或72片。 
7.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池片之间串联有单向二极管。 
8.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池片为多晶硅太阳能电池或单晶硅太阳能电池,所述电池片输入端、输出端和电网、蓄电池或者应用设备相连。 
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,所述功率管理器件为功率优化器或者微型逆变器。
