背景技术
随着我国现代化建设和全面小康社会建设进程的加快,电力能源的需求量与日俱增,在各种绝缘形式的电力电缆中,交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆以其电气性能、耐热及绝缘性能优越,连接和运输方便等特点,越来越受到市场的青睐。但由于高压电缆导体通常采用紧压结构,导致载流量有限,在一些潮湿区域易出现水树现象,因此,需要对电缆的结构和材料进行改进,提高产品的电力传输性能。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决以上的技术问题提供一种结构科学合理,生产成本低、电缆载流量高、能有效控制水树产生的阻水型220kV高压交联电缆。 
本实用新型包括“5+1”分割阻水导体,在所述“5+1”分割阻水导体外侧依次设置半导电阻水包带层、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导带阻水带层、阻水膨胀缓冲层、皱纹铝护套层、沥青防腐层、非金属护套层、石墨涂覆层。 
本实用新型的 “5+1”分割阻水导体,为一个中心单元绞合导体和五个大小及截面形状均相同的扇形铜芯阻水股块,铜芯阻水股块是指在铜芯导体股块绞合时,每层纵包合适的阻水带而构成。本实用新型采用三层共挤VCV交联机组依次挤包导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层。 
本实用新型结构设计科学合理,制造简单,电缆具有较强的电力传输能力、优良的电性能、阻水防水树性能和阻燃性能;电缆结构紧凑、圆整,完全能够满足220kV高压交联电缆的性能要求,本实用新型主要用于变电站、城市电网、大容量电站高压引出线,也可用作跨越江河的传输导线。
