【背景技术】管道产品传统的定长方式是采用行程开关定长，此方式调节的长度不精准，容易造成产品长短不齐，生产过程中需要人工多次进行调节，大大地提高了人员的劳动强度；此外，行程开关极易损坏，给正常的生产工作带来不便。
【发明内容】本实用新型针对以上的问题，提供一种管道产品的定长装置。
这种管道的定长装置，包括固定支架、调节丝杆、计米轮和数字显示器，其特征在于，固定支架上安装有调节丝杆，固定支架的一端安装有计米轮，计米轮与数字显示器之间通过数据线连接。
将定长装置安装在机体上，在数字显示器上设置需要切割的管道长度；计米轮运转，当输送的管道长度达到设定值时，切割机工作；调节丝杆根据管道的外径控制计米轮的高度。
本实用新型的优点是：采用计米定长，只需调节数字，调节简单，大大降低了工人的劳动强度，同时能有效地延长机械的使用寿命。
