背景技术
现有技术中的油缸的安装距离的精度要求较高,必须测量器安装距,如果不测量安装距而导致安装距偏大或偏小,都会影响到油缸的安装,安装不上则此油缸即为报废;现有技术中一般通过测量尺测量,效率较低,劳动强度较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供给一种效率较高,劳动强度较低的油缸安装距测量工装。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:油缸安装距测量工装,其特征在于:包括测量工装和垂直布置的缸筒,缸筒的上部外周设置有法兰,法兰的上端的缸筒上设置有法兰定位阶,缸筒内设置有活塞,活塞上连接有活塞杆,活塞杆的上端连接有球头;所述测量工装为柱体,测量工装以法兰的上端面为基准,设置有与法兰定位阶、法兰定位阶上端的缸筒和球头相配合台阶型通孔。
测量时,只需要将测量工装套装在油缸上,测量工装的下端面支撑在法兰的上端面上,通过测量球头到工装上端面的距离(在±0.2mm范围内),来保证油缸的安装距。
本实用新型结构简单,使用效果较好,提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度,实现了批量化生产。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型包括测量工装1和垂直布置的缸筒2,缸筒2的上部外周设置有法兰3,法兰3的上端的缸筒上设置有法兰定位阶4,缸筒2内设置有活塞5,活塞5上连接有活塞杆6,活塞杆6的上端连接有球头7。
测量工装1为柱体,测量工装1以法兰3的上端面为基准,设置有与法兰定位阶4、法兰定位阶4上端的缸筒2、球头7相配合台阶型通孔8。
