本实用新型涉及橇装化制冷系统,包括入口缓冲罐、冷剂出口气液分离罐、换热器、重烃分离罐、低压冷剂气液分离器、高压气相冷剂缓冲罐、液相冷剂冷却器、冷剂泵和基础,基础上设置有气源入口、重烃出口和低温液化气出口,其特征是冷剂压缩橇、冷箱橇和阀组橇安装在基础上,冷剂出口气液分离罐的顶部和底部分别通过管道与高压气相冷剂缓冲罐和液相冷剂冷却器连接,液相冷剂冷却器通过管道与冷剂泵连接,换热器通过管道分别与入口缓冲罐、重烃分离罐、低压冷剂气液分离器、高压气相冷剂缓冲罐、冷剂泵、气源入口、重烃出口和低温液化气出口连接。本实用新型结构简单、功能集中、整体移动方便并且能满足小型煤层气液化需求。

橇装化制冷系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及制冷系统,具体而言是一种橇装化制冷系统。
背景技术
天然气的液化通常在固定式液化工厂实现,作为天然气液化的重要环节,制冷系统也设置在固定式液化工厂里。多数非常规气气井资源有限,当其气竭时,固定式液化工厂因不能整体搬迁而面临两难的尴尬:拆散后运输到位再安装,耗费大量时间,还会造成损坏和报废;闲置起来也是浪费。另外,现有的制冷系统结构复杂、投资较大、占地面积大、运行成本高,对于煤层气、页岩气等非常规边际气田的液化不适用。因此,设计出一种结构简单、功能集中、整体移动方便并且能满足小型煤层气液化需求的橇装化制冷系统十分必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、功能集中、整体移动方便并且能满足小型煤层气液化需求的橇装化制冷系统。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种橇装化制冷系统,包括冷剂压缩橇、冷箱橇、阀组橇和基础,冷剂压缩橇包括入口缓冲罐和冷剂出口气液分离罐,冷箱橇包括换热器、重烃分离罐和低压冷剂气液分离器,阀组橇包括高压气相冷剂缓冲罐、液相冷剂冷却器和冷剂泵,基础上设置有气源入口、重烃出口和低温液化气出口,其特征是冷剂压缩橇、冷箱橇和阀组橇安装在基础上,冷剂出口气液分离罐的顶部和底部分别通过管道与高压气相冷剂缓冲罐和液相冷剂冷却器连接,液相冷剂冷却器通过管道与冷剂泵连接,换热器通过管道分别与入口缓冲罐、重烃分离罐、低压冷剂气液分离器、高压气相冷剂缓冲罐、冷剂泵、气源入口、重烃出口和低温液化气出口连接。
进一步地,所述换热器为板翅式换热器。
本实用新型通过合理布局,有效利用橇体空间,将液化天然气装置中制冷系统设备进行结构一体化,功能集中化,从而减小占地面积。本实用新型结构简单、功能集中、整体移动方便并且能满足小型煤层气液化需求。

图中所示的橇装化制冷系统,包括冷剂压缩橇1、冷箱橇2、阀组橇3和基础4,冷剂压缩橇1包括入口缓冲罐1.1和冷剂出口气液分离罐1.2,冷箱橇2包括换热器2.1、重烃分离罐2.2和低压冷剂气液分离器2.3,阀组橇3包括高压气相冷剂缓冲罐3.1、液相冷剂冷却器3.2和冷剂泵3.3,基础4上设置有气源入口4.1、重烃出口4.2和低温液化气出口4.3,冷剂压缩橇1、冷箱橇2和阀组橇3安装在基础4上,冷剂出口气液分离罐1.2的顶部和底部分别通过管道与高压气相冷剂缓冲罐3.1和液相冷剂冷却器3.2连接,液相冷剂冷却器3.2通过管道与冷剂泵3.3连接,换热器2.1通过管道分别与入口缓冲罐1.1、重烃分离罐2.2、低压冷剂气液分离器2.3、高压气相冷剂缓冲罐3.1、冷剂泵3.3、气源入口4.1、重烃出口4.2和低温液化气出口4.3连接。
优选的实施例是:在上述方案中,所述换热器2.1为板翅式换热器。

1.一种橇装化制冷系统,包括冷剂压缩橇(1)、冷箱橇(2)、阀组橇(3)和基础(4),冷剂压缩橇(1)包括入口缓冲罐(1.1)和冷剂出口气液分离罐(1.2),冷箱橇(2)包括换热器(2.1)、重烃分离罐(2.2)和低压冷剂气液分离器(2.3),阀组橇(3)包括高压气相冷剂缓冲罐(3.1)、液相冷剂冷却器(3.2)和冷剂泵(3.3),基础(4)上设置有气源入口(4.1)、重烃出口(4.2)和低温液化气出口(4.3),其特征在于:冷剂压缩橇(1)、冷箱橇(2)和阀组橇(3)安装在基础(4)上,冷剂出口气液分离罐(1.2)的顶部和底部分别通过管道与高压气相冷剂缓冲罐(3.1)和液相冷剂冷却器(3.2)连接,液相冷剂冷却器(3.2)通过管道与冷剂泵(3.3)连接,换热器(2.1)通过管道分别与入口缓冲罐(1.1)、重烃分离罐(2.2)、低压冷剂气液分离器(2.3)、高压气相冷剂缓冲罐(3.1)、冷剂泵(3.3)、气源入口(4.1)、重烃出口(4.2)和低温液化气出口(4.3)连接。
