[0002] 散热器在LED灯具中起着至关重要的作用,其散热的效果直接影响到LED芯片的发光效率、光衰、使用寿命等,传统的LED散热器多为鳍片散热器,其通常与灯外壳、基板等分开独立制造,最后需通过卡扣、螺纹连接、胶粘等方式组装,组装的效率非常的低,且其散热效果不好。

[0020] 参照图1至图3,图1至图3是本实用新型第一个具体实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,一种一体式散热器灯体,包括灯体本体I,其特征在于:所述灯体本体I包括圆筒形的外壳体11及若干设置在外壳体11内的散热鳍片111,所述散热鳍片111与外壳体11由导热材料一体成型,在所述的散热鳍片111下方还设置有一基板112,在本实施例中,该基板112、散热鳍片111与外壳体11是由铝质材料一体成型制成,组装灯具时,仅需将LED灯组贴装或焊接在基板112上,接线并盖上外壳后罩、透镜等即可,组装非常的方便,生产效率高,此外,由于灯体是由导热材料一体成型的,其导热效率高,散热效果好,且外壳体11本身也是由导热材料制成,进一步提高散热的效率。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式散热器灯体,其特征在于:所述基板(112)通过胶粘的方式安装至散热鳍片(111)下方。
