    本实用新型主要涉及LED路灯领域,尤其涉及一种具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯。
背景技术
    随着我国城市化进程的加快,LED路灯以功率消耗低、使用寿命长、绿色环保等优势逐渐在各个城市的道路中出现、成为世界上最具有替代传统光源优势的新一代节能光源,目前市场上的LED路灯灯壳都是采用铝合金压铸或是铝型材挤出拼合而成,在灯壳表面形成沟槽状,增大散热面积,因路灯长期工作在户外环境,随道时间的推移,灯具表面堆积的灰尘会不断增多,如不急时清理,将会在灯具形成很大的一层隔热层,影响灯具散热,而直接导至光衰,甚至是灯具烧毁的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯,其特征在于:包括有灯具,灯具的背面均匀分布有散热鳍片,各散热鳍片平行排列且各散热鳍片两两之间形成导流槽,所述的灯具的背面、散热鳍片、导流槽中均喷涂有一层铁氟龙涂层。
所述的具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的灯具的灯头部分高于灯尾部分。

本实用新型从结构和材料两方面同时进行,彻底解决了因长期灰尘堆积而影起的灯具散热问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯,包括有灯具101,首先,在整个灯具101的表面喷涂一种铁氟龙涂层材料,铁氟龙材料具有耐温、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐磨损、不粘性,耐大气老化等特性。同时在灯具101的表面,为了增加散热面积,增加有散热鳍片102,散热鳍片102两两之间形成导流槽103,在路灯安装使用时,根据道路实际照度要求,灯具与灯杆会有一定的仰角,这样便会使灯具灯头部份高于灯尾。当灯具堆积有灰尘时,因铁氟龙涂层本身具有的不粘性,经过雨水的冲刷,水珠很容易通过导流槽将灯具表面的灰尘全部带走,从而是灯具表面清洁如新。

1.具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯,其特征在于:包括有灯具,灯具的背面均匀分布有散热鳍片,各散热鳍片平行排列且各散热鳍片两两之间形成导流槽,所述的灯具的背面、散热鳍片、导流槽中均喷涂有一层铁氟龙涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自动清洁功能的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的灯具的灯头部分高于灯尾部分。
