Abstract

条状模块大功率路灯,用于道路照明,具体为一款具有大横向照明角度的路灯,包括灯体、LED灯泡、配光透镜列阵、驱动电源等。LED灯泡装在灯体内用透镜列阵固定。灯体中间为水平板式,灯体两侧向中间折弯。透镜列阵除了用于二次配光外,还具有防水功能,无需再用防水透光罩。本实用新型路灯降低了光损,节约了成本,增大了横向照明宽度。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及照明领域,具体为一款具有大横向照明角度的条状模块LED路灯。同时该灯透镜阵列防水,可省去一般路灯所必须得防水透光罩,所以必须要进行二次配光,以满足道理照明的要求。 
技术背景:
LED灯与传统的照明光源相比,具有环保、节能、使用寿命长及可靠性高等优点。随着LDE制造和封装技术的提高,性价比迅速提高,LED照明已逐渐从室外景观照明、道路照明领域向室内照明发展。但由于LED灯具和传统的日光灯、高压钠灯相比,其体积较小,因而发光面小,从而导致其照射面积也较小,另外,LED发光方向性单一,进一步限定了其照明面积,特别是作为用于道路照明的大功率路灯,该缺陷更为明显,如图1所示。各路灯之间的照明区域不能无缝拼接,往往会产明暗相间的斑马线,影响司机的视野。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是一种用于道路照明的大功率路灯,解决的问题是:克服通常路灯照明横向宽读小,均匀度低的弱点。 
一种条状模块大功率路灯,包括灯体、LED灯泡、透镜列阵、驱动电源;驱动电源与LED灯泡相连;LED灯泡固定在灯体内,透镜列阵位于LED灯泡外,透镜阵列将LED灯泡固定在灯体内;灯体的中间为水平板式,两侧折弯。 
所述灯体的两侧向中间折弯的角度小于30°。 
所述的灯体两侧与中间的水平板所成的折弯角度为165度。 
所述的LED灯泡在灯体内布置并压装在具有防水功能的透镜列阵内,无需再安装附加的灯罩。 
本实用新型可以获得如下有益效果,本实用新型提供了一款增大横向照明宽度,提高光照均匀度的路灯,同时本实用新型降低了光损,节约了成本。本实用新型直接通过透镜阵列防水,省去了一般路灯必须得防水透光罩,使得路灯的成本进一步降低,光度提高了5%左右,从而大大提高了路灯的性价比,同时还具有降低眩光的功能。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对于本实用新型做进一步的说明。 
一种条状模块大功率路灯,包括灯体1、LED灯泡2、透镜列阵3、驱动电源;驱动电源与LED灯泡2相连;LED灯泡2固定在灯体内,透镜列阵3位于LED灯泡2外,透镜阵列3将LED灯泡2固定在灯体1内。灯体1的中间为水平板式,两侧折弯。 
所述灯体1的两侧向中间折弯的角度小于30°。 
所述的灯体1两侧与中间的水平板所成的折弯角度为165度。 
所述的LED灯泡2在灯体1内布置并压装在具有防水功能的透镜列阵3内,无需再安装附加的灯罩。

3.根据权利要求2所述的条状模块大功率路灯,其特征在于:所述的灯体两侧与中间的水平板所成的折弯角度为165度。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的条状模块大功率路灯,其特征在于:所述的LED灯泡在灯体内布置并压装在具有防水功能的透镜列阵内,无需再安装附加的灯罩。
