本实用新型涉及钢结构安装领域，具体为一种大型网架短距离提升装置。
背景技术
目前，网架地面拼装后，顶升架及千斤顶安装设置采用在网架所处地面挖坑或采用吊装机械将网架吊离地面500mm后再放入顶升架、千斤顶，这种方法不但费时，且施工成本增高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种体积小、使用方便的用于大型网架地面拼装后短距离提升装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种大型网架短距离提升装置，它包括顶板、支撑腿、牵引链条和吊环；所述支撑腿设于顶板底面，支撑腿至少有三根，呈均匀环绕状布置；支撑腿一端与顶板底面销轴连接，吊环设于顶板底面中央，牵引链条穿设于吊环内。
本实用新型采用上述设计，使用时将多个本装置布置于网架各节点处并用牵引链条与网架节点连接并将网架吊起，如此，操作方便，减少了大型机械的使用，并降低了作业成本。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示，一种大型网架短距离提升装置，它包括厚度为20mm的顶板3、Φ120mm的支撑腿1、牵引链条4和吊环5；所述支撑腿1设于顶板3底面，支撑腿1有三根，呈均匀环绕状布置；支撑腿1一端与顶板3底面通过销轴2转动连接，吊环5设于顶板3底面中央，牵引链条4穿设于吊环5内。
本装置制作、使用过程如下：
1、根据所需提升高度，选择合适的支撑腿1的长度。
2、将本装置按照顶升架位置分组设置在待提升网架节点正上方，三根支撑腿与地面固定牢固，将牵引链条与网架连接。
3、拉动牵引链条，带动网架垂直上升。
该项装置适应于网架短距离提升作业、大型构件拼装、压型板彩钢卷上料等现场作业，操作方便、占地面积小，可在狭小空间、大型设备无法进场的情况下对网架实行短距离提升，以方便顶升架及千斤顶的安装。

1. 一种大型网架短距离提升装置，其特征是：它包括顶板、支撑腿、牵引链条和吊环；所述支撑腿设于顶板底面，支撑腿至少有三根，呈均匀环绕状布置；支撑腿一端与顶板底面销轴连接，吊环设于顶板底面中央，牵引链条穿设于吊环内。
